« ከአላህ ሌላ እርሱ ከዓለማት ያበለጣችሁ ሲኾን ( የምትገዙት ) አምላክን እፈልግላችኋለሁን » አለ ፡ ፡

they say , " has he condemned all other gods but one ? this is certainly strange " .
« አማልክቶቹን አንድ አምላክ አደረጋቸውን ? ይህ አስደናቂ ነገር ነው » ( አሉ ) ፡ ፡

and proclaim the grace of your lord ( i.e. the prophethood and all other graces ) .
በጌታህም ጸጋ አውራ ፤ ( ግለጻት ) ፡ ፡

and ishmael , and elijah , and jonah , and lot — we favored each one of them over all other people .
ኢስማዒልንም ፣ አልየስዕንም ፣ ዩኑስንም ፣ ሉጥንም ( መራን ) ፡ ፡ ሁሉንም በዓለማት ላይ አበለጥናቸውም ፡ ፡

children of israel , remember my favour which i have bestowed upon you , and how i preferred you above all other people ;
የእስራኤል ልጆች ሆይ ! ያችን በናንተ ላይ የለገስኳትን ጸጋዬንና እኔም በዓለማት ላይ ያበለጥኳችሁ መኾኔን አስታውሱ ፡ ፡

it is he who has sent his messenger with guidance and the religion of truth , so that he exalts it above all other religions . allah is the sufficient witness .
እርሱ ያ መልክተኛውን በመሪ መጽሐፍና በእውነተኛ ሃይማኖት በሃይማኖት ሁሉ ላይ ሊያልቀው የላከ ነው ፡ ፡ መስካሪም በአላህ በቃ ፡ ፡

he said , “ shall i seek for you a god other than god , when he has favored you over all other people ? ”
« ከአላህ ሌላ እርሱ ከዓለማት ያበለጣችሁ ሲኾን ( የምትገዙት ) አምላክን እፈልግላችኋለሁን » አለ ፡ ፡

say , “ if the final home with god is yours alone , to the exclusion of all other people , then wish for death if you are sincere . ”
« የመጨረሻይቱ አገር ( ገነት ) አላህ ዘንድ ከሰው ሁሉ ሌላ የተለየች ስትኾን ለእናንተ ብቻ እንደኾነች እውነተኞች ከኾናችሁ ሞትን ተመኙ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

and we knowingly chose them , among all others of their time .
ከማወቅም ጋር በዓለማት ላይ በእርግጥ መረጥናቸው ፡ ፡

he is the one who has sent his messenger with guidance and the true religion , so that he may have it prevail over all [ other ] religions . god suffices as a witness !
እርሱ ያ መልክተኛውን በመሪ መጽሐፍና በእውነተኛ ሃይማኖት በሃይማኖት ሁሉ ላይ ሊያልቀው የላከ ነው ፡ ፡ መስካሪም በአላህ በቃ ፡ ፡

children of israel ! call to mind the ( special ) favour which i bestowed upon you , and that i preferred you to all other ( for my message ) .
የእስራኤል ልጆች ሆይ ! ያችን በናንተ ላይ የለገስኳትን ጸጋዬንና እኔም በዓለማት ላይ ያበለጥኳችሁ ( አባቶቻችሁን በጊዜያቸው ከነበሩት ዓለማት ያበለጥኩዋቸው ) መኾኔን አስታውሱ ፡ ፡

polly, do you take nick to be your husband? do you promise to love, honor, cherish, and protect him, forsaking all others, and holding only unto him forevermore?
ፖሊ ፣ ኒክን ባልሽ አድርገህ ትወስደዋለህ? እርሱን ለመውደድ፣ ለማክበር፣ ከፍ አድርጋችሁ ለመመልከት፣ እና ለመጠበቅ፣ ሌሎችን ሁሉ ትታችሁ ለዘላለም እርሱን ብቻ ለመያዝ ቃል ትገባላችሁን?
