እናንተም የበላዮች ስትኾኑ ምእመናን እንደኾናችሁ አትስነፉ ፤ አትዘኑም ፡ ፡

lord , grant us the victory that you have promised your messenger and do not disgrace us on the day of judgment ; you are the one who never ignores his promise . "
« ጌታችን ሆይ ! በመልክተኞችህም ላይ ተስፋ ቃል ያደረግክልንን ስጠን ፡ ፡ በትንሣኤ ቀንም አታዋርደን ፡ ፡ አንተ ቀጠሮን አታፈርስምና » ( የሚሉ ናቸው ) ፡ ፡

( saying ) : ' taste , surely you are the mighty and noble !
« ቅመስ ፤ አንተ አሸናፊው ክብሩ ነህና » ( ይባላል ) ፡ ፡

say : " my lord , forgive and have mercy . you are the best of the merciful . "
በልም « ጌታዬ ሆይ ማር ፤ እዘንም ፡ ፡ አንተም ከአዛኞች ሁሉ በላጭ ነህ ፡ ፡ »

and say , “ my lord , land me with a blessed landing , as you are the best of transporters . ”
በልም « ጌታዬ ሆይ ! ብሩክ የኾነን ማውረድ አውርደኝ ፡ ፡ አንተም ከአውራጆች ሁሉ በላጭ ነህ ፡ ፡ »

nothing is equal to him . thus are the commandments which i have received and he is the first muslim ( submitted to the will of god ) . "
« ለእርሱ ተጋሪ የለውም ፡ ፡ በዚህም ( በማጥራት ) ታዘዝኩ ፡ ፡ እኔም የሙስሊሞች መጀመሪያ ነኝ » ( በል ) ፡ ፡

" let us not go astray , o lord , having guided us already . bestow on us your blessings for you are the benevolent .
( እነሱም ይላሉ ) ፡ - « ጌታችን ሆይ ! ቅኑን መንገድ ከመራኸን በኋላ ልቦቻችንን አታዘምብልብን ፡ ፡ ከአንተ ዘንድ የኾነን ችሮታም ለኛ ስጠን ፡ ፡ አንተ በጣም ለጋስ ነህና ፡ ፡ »

do not make our hearts swerve after you have guided us , and bestow your mercy on us . indeed , you are the all-munificent .
( እነሱም ይላሉ ) ፡ - « ጌታችን ሆይ ! ቅኑን መንገድ ከመራኸን በኋላ ልቦቻችንን አታዘምብልብን ፡ ፡ ከአንተ ዘንድ የኾነን ችሮታም ለኛ ስጠን ፡ ፡ አንተ በጣም ለጋስ ነህና ፡ ፡ »

he said , " my lord , forgive me and my brother and admit us to your mercy . you are the most merciful of the merciful . "
( ሙሳም ) ፡ - « ጌታዬ ሆይ ! ለእኔም ለወንድሜም ማር ፡ ፡ በእዝነትህም ውስጥ አግባን ፡ ፡ አንተም ከአዛኞች ሁሉ ይበልጥ አዛኝ ነህ » አለ ፡ ፡

" this ( say i ) , in order that he may know that i have never been false to him in his absence , and that allah will never guide the snare of the false ones .
( ዩሱፍ ) « ይህ ( ጌታዬ ) ሩቅ ሆኖ ሳለ ያልከዳሁት መሆኔን አላህም የከዳተኞችን ተንኮል የማያቃና መሆኑን እንዲያውቅ ነው ፤ » ( አለ ) ፡ ፡

( you are ) the descendants of those whom we carried ( in the ark ) with noah . he was a truly thankful worshiper '
እናንተ ከኑሕ ጋር ( በመርከቢቱ ) የጫናቸው ዘሮች ሆይ ! ( አላህን ተገዙ ) እርሱ በብዙ አመስጋኝ ባሪያ ነበርና ፡ ፡

( remember ) job when he called to his lord : " i am afflicted with distress , and you are the most compassionate of all . "
አዩብንም ( ኢዮብን ) ጌታውን « እኔ መከራ አገኘኝ አንተም ከአዛኞች ሁሉ ይበልጥ አዛኝ ነህ » ሲል በተጣራ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡
