« እጅህንም በአንገትጌህ ውስጥ አግባ ፡ ፡ ያለነውር ( ያለ ለምጽ ) ነጭ ኾና ትወጣለችና ፡ ፡ በዘጠኝ ተዓምራት ወደ ፈርዖንና ወደ ሕዝቦቹ ( ኺድ ) ፡ ፡ እነርሱ አመጸኞች ሕዝቦች ናቸውና ፡ ፡

" and take in your hand a bundle of thin grass and strike therewith ( your wife ) , and break not your oath . truly !
« በእጅህም ጭብጥ አርጩሜን ያዝ ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ( ሚስትህን ) ምታ ፡ ፡ ማላህንም አታፍርስ » ( አልነው ) ፡ ፡ እኛ ታጋሸ ኾኖ አገኘነው ፡ ፡ ምን ያምር ባሪያ እርሱ በጣም መላሳ ነው ፡ ፡

put your hand in the neck ( of your shirt ) , it will come out luminous , unharmed , and draw your arm to you so that you are not afraid . these are two signs from your lord to pharaoh and his assembly .
« እጅህን በአንገትጌህ ውስጥ አግባ ፡ ፡ ያለ ነውር ነጭ ሆና ትወጣለችና ፡ ፡ ክንፍህንም ከፍርሃት ( ለመዳን ) ወዳንተ አጣብቅ ፡ ፡ እነዚህም ከጌታህ የሆኑ ወደ ፈርዖንና ወደ መኳንንቶቹ የሚደርሱ ሁለት አስረጅዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡ እነርሱ አመጸኞች ሕዝቦች ነበሩና ፡ ፡ »

o prophet , say to those you have taken captive in your hand : ' if allah finds goodness in your hearts , he will give you that which is better than what has been taken from you , and he will forgive you . allah is forgiving , the most merciful '
አንተ ነቢዩ ሆይ ! ከምርኮኞች በእጆቻችሁ ላሉት በላቸው ፡ - « አላህ በልቦቻችሁ ውስጥ በጎን ነገር ( እምነትን ) ቢያውቅ ከእናንተ ከተወሰደባችሁ የተሻለን ይሰጣችኋል ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ይምራችኋል ፡ ፡ አላህም መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡ »

insert your hand into the opening of your garment ; it will come out white , without disease . and draw in your arm close to you [ as prevention ] from fear , for those are two proofs from your lord to pharaoh and his establishment .
« እጅህን በአንገትጌህ ውስጥ አግባ ፡ ፡ ያለ ነውር ነጭ ሆና ትወጣለችና ፡ ፡ ክንፍህንም ከፍርሃት ( ለመዳን ) ወዳንተ አጣብቅ ፡ ፡ እነዚህም ከጌታህ የሆኑ ወደ ፈርዖንና ወደ መኳንንቶቹ የሚደርሱ ሁለት አስረጅዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡ እነርሱ አመጸኞች ሕዝቦች ነበሩና ፡ ፡ »

they said , " we are strong and our prowess in battle is great , but the decision is in your hands , so consider what you will command . "
« እኛ የኀይል ባለቤቶች የብርቱ ጦርም ባለቤቶች ነን ፡ ፡ ግን ትዕዛዙ ወደ አንቺ ነው ፡ ፡ ምን እንደምታዢም አስተውዪ ፤ » አሏት ፡ ፡

( and we said to him ) : “ take in your hand a bundle of rushes and strike with it , and do not break your oath . ” indeed we found him steadfast .
« በእጅህም ጭብጥ አርጩሜን ያዝ ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ( ሚስትህን ) ምታ ፡ ፡ ማላህንም አታፍርስ » ( አልነው ) ፡ ፡ እኛ ታጋሸ ኾኖ አገኘነው ፡ ፡ ምን ያምር ባሪያ እርሱ በጣም መላሳ ነው ፡ ፡

" and behold ! ye come to us bare and alone as we created you for the first time : ye have left behind you all ( the favours ) which we bestowed on you : we see not with you your intercessors whom ye thought to be partners in your affairs : so now all relations between you have been cut off , and your ( pet ) fancies have left you in the lurch ! "
መጀመሪያም ጊዜ እንደ ፈጠርናችሁ ኾናችሁ የሰጠናችሁን ሁሉ በጀርባዎቻችሁ ኋላ የተዋችሁ ስትኾኑ የሰጠናችሁን ሁሉ በጀርባዎቻችሁ ኋላ የተዋችሁ ስትኾኑ ለየብቻችሁ ኾናችሁ በእርግጥ መጣችሁን እነዚያንም እነሱ በእናንተ ውስጥ ( ለአላህ ) ተጋሪዎች ናቸው የምትሉዋቸውን አማላጆቻችሁን ከእናንተ ጋር አናይም ፡ ፡ ግንኙነታችሁ በእርግጥ ተቋረጠ ፡ ፡ ከእናንተም ያ ( ያማልደናል ) የምትሉት ጠፋ ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡
