(ठहाका) पर मेरे यहाँ एक कहावत है कि अगर कोई कली पेड़ से बिना कुछ कहे कर गिर जाए, तो वो कली कच्ची है. इसलिए मैं -- चूँकि मैं कच्ची उमर का नहीं हूँ और मेरी काफी उमर हो गई है, मैं कुछ ज़रुर कहूँगा. हम इस सम्मेलन का आयोजन बहुत ही सटीक समय पर कर रहे हैं क्योंकि बर्लिन में एक और सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया जा रहा है. जी-8 शिखर सम्मेलन. जी-8 शिखर सम्मेलन ने प्रस्ताव दिया है कि अफ़्रीका की समस्याओं का समाधान बड़ी मात्रा मे अनुदान देने में है, कुछ कुछ मार्शल प्लान जैसा ही. दुर्भाग्य से व्यक्तिगत तौर पर मेरा मार्शल प्लान में विश्वास नहीं है. पहले तो इसलिए कि मार्शल प्लान के फायदों को बढ़ा-चढ़ा कर आँका गया. इसका सबसे ज़्यादा लाभ उठाने वाले देश जर्मनी और फ्राँस थे, और ये उनके सकल घरेलू उत्पाद का केवल 2.5 प्रतिशत था. एक औसत अफ्रिकी देश को मिला विदेशी अनुदान उसके सकल घरेलू उत्पाद का 13 से 15 प्रतिशत तक होता है, जो कि धनी से ग़रीब देशों को सौंपे गये वित्तीय संसाधनों की अभूतपूर्व मात्रा है. मैं कहना चाहूँगा कि यहाँ हमें दो चीज़ें जोड़ कर देखनी होंगी. किस तरह से पश्चिमी मीडिया वहाँ अफ़्रीका को प्रस्तुत करती है, और उसके परिणाम. हताशा, बेबसी और निराशा दिखाकर मीडिया अफ़्रीका का सच ही बता रही है, और ये सच ही है. लेकिन, मीडिया पूरा सच नहीं बता रही है. क्योंकि हताशा, गृ्हयुद्ध, भूख और अकाल, जहाँ अफ़्रीकी वास्तविकता का हिस्सा हैं, वहीं, केवल यही अफ्रिका की वास्तविकता नहीं है. और दूसरे, ये वास्तविकता का सबसे छोटा भाग हैं. अफ्रिका में 53 देश हैं. इनमें से केवल 6 गृ्हयुद्ध पीड़ित हैं, जिसका मतलब है कि मीडिया केवल छह देशों की ही सूचना दे रही है. अफ्रिका में अपार संभावनाएँ हैं, जो उस हताशा और बेबसी के जाल से बाहर नहीं पहुँच पातीं जिसे पश्चिमी मीडिया अपने दर्शकों को परोसती है. ऐसी प्रस्तुति का असर यही होता है कि ये संवेदना मांगती है. ये दया मांगती हे, ये दान मांगती है. नतीज़ा - अफ़्रीका की आर्थिक समस्याओं का पश्चिमी मानस पटल में ग़लत चित्रण होता है. यह ग़लत छवि इस सोच का परिणाम है कि अफ़्रीका एक हताशा भरी जगह है. हम उसका क्या करें? हमें भूखों को खाना देना चाहिए. हमें बीमारों के लिए दवाई मुहैया करानी चाहिए. हमें शान्ति सेना भेजनी चाहिए गृ्हयुद्ध से जूझ रहे लोगों की मदद के लिए. और इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में अफ़्रीका से 'स्वंयं करो' वाली भावना छिन्न-भिन्न हो गई है. मैं कहना चाहूँगा कि इस बात को पहचानना ज़रूरी है कि अफ़्रीका की कुछ आधारभूत कमज़ोरियाँ हैं. पर साथ ही, उसमें संभावनाएँ भी हैं और अवसर भी. अफ़्रीका आज जिस चुनौति का सामना कर रहा है, उसे हमें नए सिरे से समझने की ज़रुरत है, एक हताशाभरी चुनौती से हटकर, वो हताशा जिसे हम ग़रीबी उन्मूलन का नाम देते हैं, उसे एक आशावादी चुनौती में बदलना होगा. यह आशावादी चुनौती होगी संपद निर्माण की, और इसे बनाना अति-आवश्यक है. अफ़्रीका में रुचि रखने वाले हर शख्स के आगे सवाल ग़रीबी मिटाने का नहीं है बल्कि संपदा सृ्ष्टि का है. एक बार हम इन दो चीज़ों को बदल दें -- अगर आप ये कहें कि अफ्रिकी लोग ग़रीब हैं और उन्हें ग़रीबी से मुक्ति चाहिए, तो सद्भावनाओं का अंतर्राष्ट्रिय समुदाय इस महाद्वीप में घुस पड़ेगा, साथ में क्या लेकर? ग़रीबों के लिए दवाईयाँ, भूखों के लिए खाना, गृ्हयुद्ध से जूझ रहे लोगों के लिए शान्ति सेना. और इस पूरी प्रक्रिया की किसी भी चीज़ की उपयोगिता सचमुच में नहीं है क्योंकि आप लक्षणों का उपचार कर रहे हैं, अफ्रिका के मूल समस्याओं का नहीं. किसी को स्कूल भेजने से या दवाईयाँ देने से, देवियों और सज्जनों, उनके लिए संपत्ति सृष्टि नहीं होती. संपत्ति आय से पनपति है, और आय आती है किसी लाभजनक व्यवसायिक अवसर या किसी अच्छी तन्ख्वाह की नौकरी से. अब जब हम अफ्रिका में संपत्ति सृ्ष्टि के बारे में बात करने लगे हैं तो हमारी दूसरी चुनौति है, किसी समाज मे संपत्ति निर्माण करने वाले कौन होते हैं? वो हैं उद्यमी.

my dear friend, i want you to note that i don't know you and i don't even know who you are or where you come from but the lord whom i serve is so loving and helpful as he never forget his own people i want you to know that i have been thinking of what to do over this funds for some period of years now simply because i know that the money is of no use to me any longer simply because of the stage at which my cancer has gotten. i am a very prayerful person and it was when i was praying sometimes ago that the lord revealed to me i don't know if i should call it a dream or a vision i was told that i should go into the world and bless the world with what the almighty god has used in blessing i and my late husband. the vision seems so terrific and i was so bothered that i had a day fasting and prayer over it and someone in my church then interpret the meaning of my dreams to me telling me that i am having something which is in need in the world and he want me to use it to bless the world and the person asked me to think very well because it is the voice of the lord that has spoken to me and all that.i searched myself very well and i get to remember that i am having the fund which i and my husband had labored for so many years and i contacted the security company as the beneficiary of the funds and i was confirmed the owner of the funds and am asked to come around and get it exactly when am ready to but i should made awareness of when i will be coming so that proper arrangement would be made then but it is a pity i cant go which you know. i had another dream which made me realize that i must not be in possession of the money and i should go into the world and look for someone in the world to distribute the funds in a godly manner. so i decided to search with the name related to a woman who took very good care of me when i was dump by my runaway parents. i was brought up in a motherless baby home and so i told my nurse to help me get an internet account after that i decided to search i got about 1065 profiles and i prayed over it and you know whats funny ? among all the profiles i chose it was yours that the lord has chosen to distribute this funds as a sacrifice from the lord to the world. it is a means of you been committed to the lord and this will make you move closer to him as well and i am very sure that he must certainly have a reason why he want you to do this on his behalf please be strong and have faith in yourself and in me and make me realize that you will do it just because i know you can do it and i see you doing it right among everyone else. hope i read from you soonest and please make sure that you never forget me in your prayers kindly get back to me thanks and god bless you and your household make a prayer over it and you will smell it around you the lord will not come down to call his own people he will send someone to you now he has sent me to you. god bless you abundantly..........in his riches..................amen
