you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget me , and you simply kept laughing .

as your lord caused you to go out from your home with the truth , and verily , a party among the believers disliked it ;

और कुछ को क़ैदी बनाने और तुम ही लोगों को उनकी ज़मीन और उनके घर और उनके माल और उस ज़मीन का खुदा ने मालिक बना दिया जिसमें तुमने क़दम तक नहीं रखा था और खुदा तो हर चीज़ पर क़ादिर वतवाना है

and he caused you to inherit their land and their houses and their riches , and land which ye have not yet trodden . and allah is over everything ever potent .
और कुछ को क़ैदी बनाने और तुम ही लोगों को उनकी ज़मीन और उनके घर और उनके माल और उस ज़मीन का खुदा ने मालिक बना दिया जिसमें तुमने क़दम तक नहीं रखा था और खुदा तो हर चीज़ पर क़ादिर वतवाना है

and it is he who withheld their hands from you and your hands from them within makkah after he caused you to overcome them . and ever is allah of what you do , seeing .
और वह वही तो है जिसने तुमको उन कुफ्फ़ार पर फ़तेह देने के बाद मक्के की सरहद पर उनके हाथ तुमसे और तुम्हारे हाथ उनसे रोक दिए और तुम लोग जो कुछ भी करते थे ख़ुदा उसे देख रहा था

and he caused you to inherit their land and their homes and their properties and a land which you have not trodden . and ever is allah , over all things , competent .
और कुछ को क़ैदी बनाने और तुम ही लोगों को उनकी ज़मीन और उनके घर और उनके माल और उस ज़मीन का खुदा ने मालिक बना दिया जिसमें तुमने क़दम तक नहीं रखा था और खुदा तो हर चीज़ पर क़ादिर वतवाना है

and he caused you to inherit their lands , and their houses , and their riches , and a land which you had not trodden . and allah is able to do all things .
और उसने तुम्हें उनके भू - भाग और उनके घरों और उनके मालों का वारिस बना दिया और उस भू - भाग का भी जिसे तुमने पददलित नहीं किया । वास्तव में अल्लाह को हर चीज़ की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है

for the scripture says to pharaoh, "for this very purpose i caused you to be raised up, that i might show in you my power, and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth."

फिर मैं ने तुझे खेत के बिरूले की नाई बढाया, और तू बढ़ते बढ़ते बड़ी हो गई और अति सुन्दर हो गई; तेरी छातियां सुडौल हुई, और तेरे बाल बढे; तौभी तू नंगी थी।

it is god who has created you weak , then , given you strength after your weakness and caused you to become weak and old after being strong . he creates whatever he wants . he is all - knowing and all - powerful .
खुदा ही तो है जिसने तुम्हें कमज़ोर चीज़ से पैदा किया फिर उसी ने बचपने की कमज़ोरी के बाद क़ूवत अता की फिर उसी ने क़ूवत के बाद कमज़ोरी और बुढ़ापा पैदा कर दिया वह जो चाहता पैदा करता है - और वही बड़ा वाकिफकार और क़ाबू रखता है

yahweh said to him, "this is the land which i swore to abraham, to isaac, and to jacob, saying, 'i will give it to your seed.' i have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there."
तब याहोवा ने उस से कहा, जिस देश के विषय में मैं ने इब्राहीम, इसहाक, और याकूब से शपथ खाकर कहा था, कि मैं इसे तेरे वंश को दूंगा वह यही है। मैं ने इसको तुझे साक्षात दिखला दिया है, परन्तु तू पार होकर वहां जाने न पाएगा।

and thus we have made you a just community that you will be witnesses over the people and the messenger will be a witness over you . and we did not make the qiblah which you used to face except that we might make evident who would follow the messenger from who would turn back on his heels . and indeed , it is difficult except for those whom allah has guided . and never would allah have caused you to lose your faith . indeed allah is , to the people , kind and merciful .
और इसी प्रकार हमने तुम्हें बीच का एक उत्तम समुदाय बनाया है , ताकि तुम सारे मनुष्यों पर गवाह हो , और रसूल तुमपर गवाह हो । और जिस पर तुम रहे हो उसे तो हमने केवल इसलिए क़िबला बनाया था कि जो लोग पीठ - पीछे फिर जानेवाले है , उनसे हम उनको अलग जान लें जो रसूल का अनुसरण करते है । और यह बात बहुत भारी है , किन्तु उन लोगों के लिए नहीं जिन्हें अल्लाह ने मार्ग दिखाया है । और अल्लाह ऐसा नहीं कि वह तुम्हारे ईमान को अकारथ कर दे , अल्लाह तो इनसानों के लिए अत्यन्त करूणामय , दयावान है
