އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މުދާތަކާއި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ދަރިންނަކީ، امتحان އެކެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ދަރުމަ ވަނީ، اللَّه ގެ حضرة ގައެވެ.

ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، تقوى ވެރިވި މީހުންގައި شيطان އާގެ ފަރާތުން އަންނަ އައުމެއް ބީހިއްޖެނަމަ، އެއުރެން (اللََّه) ހަނދުމަކުރެތެވެ. ފަހެ، އެހިނދު ލޯހުޅުވިފައިވާ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި އެއުރެންވެއެވެ.

and know that your property and your children are a temptation, and that allah is he with whom there is a mighty reward.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މުދާތަކާއި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ދަރިންނަކީ، امتحان އެކެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ދަރުމަ ވަނީ، اللَّه ގެ حضرة ގައެވެ.

އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، شيطان އާގެ ފަރާތުން ވަސްވާސްތެރިކަމެއްއައިސް ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ހިތްޕުޅަށް ވަންނަނަމަ، اللَّه ގެ ރައްކާތެރިކަމަށް އެދިވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަލާނގެއީ، މޮޅަށްއައްސަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ، މޮޅަށްދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and know that your riches and your children are but a temptation, and that verily allah: with him is a mighty hire.

އަދި (ހަނގުރާމައަށް ނުގޮސްހުރުމުގެ) إذن ތިމަންނާއަށް ދެއްވާށޭ، އަދި ތިމަން ފިތުނަވެރި ނުކުރައްވާށޭ ބުނާ މީހަކު، އެއުރެންގެ ތެރެއިން ވެތެވެ. ދަންނާށެވެ! އެއުރެން ވެއްޓިގެން އެދިޔައީ، ހަމަ، ފިތުނައިގެ ތެރެއަށެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ނަރަކަ ވަނީ، كافر ން ވަށާލައިފައެވެ.

every soul is going to taste of death, and we shall prove you with evil and good as a temptation; and unto us ye shall be returned.
ކޮންމެ نفس އަކީވެސް މަރުގެރަހަ ލިބިގަންނާނޭ އެއްޗެކެވެ. އަދި ނުބައިގޮތާއި ހެޔޮގޮތް މެދުވެރިކުރައްވައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން امتحان ކުރައްވައި ގޮތްބައްލަވަމެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން رجوع ކުރައްވާހުށީ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށެވެ.

އަދި (ހަނގުރާމައަށް ނުގޮސްހުރުމުގެ) إذن ތިމަންނާއަށް ދެއްވާށޭ، އަދި ތިމަން ފިތުނަވެރި ނުކުރައްވާށޭ ބުނާ މީހަކު، އެއުރެންގެ ތެރެއިން ވެތެވެ. ދަންނާށެވެ! އެއުރެން ވެއްޓިގެން އެދިޔައީ، ހަމަ، ފިތުނައިގެ ތެރެއަށެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ނަރަކަ ވަނީ، كافر ން ވަށާލައިފައެވެ.

and among them is he who says: "grant me leave to stay behind, and do not expose me to temptation." lo!
އަދި (ހަނގުރާމައަށް ނުގޮސްހުރުމުގެ) إذن ތިމަންނާއަށް ދެއްވާށޭ، އަދި ތިމަން ފިތުނަވެރި ނުކުރައްވާށޭ ބުނާ މީހަކު، އެއުރެންގެ ތެރެއިން ވެތެވެ. ދަންނާށެވެ! އެއުރެން ވެއްޓިގެން އެދިޔައީ، ހަމަ، ފިތުނައިގެ ތެރެއަށެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ނަރަކަ ވަނީ، كافر ން ވަށާލައިފައެވެ.

and we have not sent before thee ony of the sent ones but verily they ate food and walked about in the market places. and we have made some of you unto some others a temptation; will ye have patience!
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކާތަކެތި ފަރީއްކުޅުއްވައި، ބާޒާރުތަކުގައި ހިންގަވައި އުޅުއްވާ ބޭކަލުން މެނުވީ، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ކުރިންވެސް رسول ންގެ ތެރެއިން އެއްވެސް رسول އަކު ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ނުފޮނުއްވަމެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއްބަޔަކު އަނެއްބަޔަކަށް امتحان އެއްކަމުގައި ލެއްވީމެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކެތްކުރަމުހެއްޔެވެ؟ އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ މޮޅަށް ބައްލަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ ކަލަކުކަމުގައިވެއެވެ.

and fight them until there be no more temptation, and their obedience be wholly unto allah. so if they desist, then there is to be no violence save against the wrong-doers.

(this he permits) in order that he makes satan's interjections a temptation for those in whose hearts is a sickness and those whose hearts are hardened and the harmdoers are in a wide schism,
އެއީ އެއުރެންގެ ހިތްތަކުގައި ބަލިމަޑުކަމެއް ހުންނަ މީހުންނަށާއި، އެއުރެންގެ ހިތްތައް ހަރުކަށިވެފައިވާ މީހުންނަށް، امتحان އެއްކަމުގައި، شيطان އާ ވައްދާ ވަސްވާސްތެރިކަން ލެއްވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އަނިޔާވެރިންވަނީ (حق އާ) ދުރުވެގެންވާ ދެކޮޅުވެރިކަމެއްގެ ތެރޭގައެވެ.

(muhammad), seek god's protection if satan's temptation grieves you, for god is all-hearing and all-knowing.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، شيطان އާގެ ފަރާތުން ވަސްވާސްތެރިކަމެއްއައިސް ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ހިތްޕުޅަށް ވަންނަނަމަ، اللَّه ގެ ރައްކާތެރިކަމަށް އެދިވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަލާނގެއީ، މޮޅަށްއައްސަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ، މޮޅަށްދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.
