"என் அடியார்களை (அழைத்து)க் கொண்டு, இரவில் நீர் (வேறிடம்) செல்க நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள பின் தொடரப்படுவீர்கள்" (என்று இறைவன் கூறினான்.)

on that day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds.

(நபியே! நினைவு கூர்வீராக) நீர் விடியற்காலையில் உம் குடும்பத்தாரை விட்டுச் சென்று முஃமின்களைப் போருக்காக (உஹது களத்தில் அவரவர்) இடத்தில் நிறுத்தினீர்;. அல்லாஹ் எல்லாவற்றையும் செவியுறுவோனாகவும் நன்கறிபவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

o you who believe! take your precaution, then go forth in detachments or go forth in a body.
நம்பிக்கை கொண்டவர்களே! (போர் நடக்கும்போது) நீங்கள் எச்சரிக்கையாக இருந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்; பிரிவு, பிரிவாகவோ அல்லது எல்லோரும் சேர்ந்து ஒன்றாகவோ (எச்சரிக்கையுடன்) செல்லுங்கள்.

he it is who hath made the earth unto you subservient, so go forth in the regions thereof, and eat of his provision. and unto him is the resurrection.
அவனே உங்களுக்கு இப்பூமியை (நீங்கள் வாழ்வதற்கு) வசதியாக ஆக்கினான்; ஆகவே, அதன் பல மருங்குகளிலும், நடந்து அவனுடைய உணவிலிருந்து புசியுங்கள்; இன்னும் அவனிடமே (யாவரும்) உயிர்த்தெழவேண்டியிருக்கிறது.

"so go forth, both of you, to pharaoh, and say: 'we have been sent by the lord and cherisher of the worlds;
ஆதலின் நீங்கள் இருவரும் ஃபிர்அவ்னிடம் செல்லுங்கள்; அவனிடம் கூறுங்கள்; "நிச்சயமாக நாங்களிருவரும் அகிலத்தாருடைய இறைவனின் தூதர்கள்.

and the earth-- we have spread it forth and made in it firm mountains and caused to grow in it of every suitable thing.
பூமியை நாம் விரித்து அதில் உறுதியான, (அசையா) மலைகளை நிலைப் படுத்தினோம்; ஒவ்வொரு பொருளையும் அதற்குரிய அளிவின் படி அதில் நாம் முளைப்பித்தோம்.

and the earth -- we stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and we caused to grow therein of every joyous kind
மேலும் நாம் பூமியை நீட்டி விரிவாக்கி, அதில் உறுதியான மலைகளை அதை; துள்ளோம்; மேலும் அதில் அழகிய புற்பூண்டுகளை (ஆண், பெண் வகையுள்ள) ஜோடியாக முளைப்பிக்கவும் செய்திருக்கின்றோம்.

if you do not go forth, he will punish you with a painful punishment and replace you by another nation. you will in no way harm him; for allah has power over all things.
நீங்கள் (அவ்வாறு புறப்பட்டுச்) செல்லவில்லையானால், (அல்லாஹ்) உங்களுக்கு நோவினை மிக்க வேதனை கொடுப்பான்; நீங்கள் அல்லாத வேறு சமூகத்தை மாற்றி (உங்களிடத்தில் அமைத்து) விடுவான். நீங்கள் அவனுக்கு யாதொரு தீங்கும் செய்ய முடியாது - அல்லாஹ் எல்லாப் பொருட்கள் மீதும் பேராற்றல் உடையோனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

"that is for what your hands have put forth and because allah is not ever unjust to [his] servants."
"உன்னுடைய இரு கரங்களும் முன்னரே அனுப்பியுள்ளதற்காக இரு (கூலியாக) இருக்கிறது; நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் அடியார்களுக்கு ஒரு சிறிதும் அநியாயம் செய்பவனல்லன்" (என்று அந்நாளில் அவர்களிடம் கூறப்படும்)

and on the day we shall set the mountains in motion, and thou seest the earth coming forth, and we muster them so that we leave not so much as one of them behind;
(நபியே!) ஒரு நாள் நாம் மலைகளை (அவற்றின் இடங்களை விட்டுப்) பெயர்த்து விடுவோம்; அப்போது, பூமியை நீர் வெட்ட வெளியாகக் காண்பீர்; அவர்களை ஒன்று சேர்ப்போம், (அந்நாளில்) நாம் ஒருவரையும் விட்டு வைக்க மாட்டோம்.

even as thy lord caused thee (muhammad) to go forth from thy home with the truth, and lo! a party of the believers were averse (to it).
(நபியே!) உம் இறைவன் உம்மை உம் வீட்டைவிட்டு சத்தியத்தைக் கொண்டு (பத்ரு களம் நோக்கி) வெளியேற்றிய போது முஃமின்களில் ஒரு பிரிவினர் (உம்முடன் வர இணக்கமில்லாது) வெறுத்துக் கொண்டிருந்தது போல.

and if they had wished to go forth they would assuredly have made ready some equipment, but allah was averse to their being sent forth and held them back and it was said (unto them): sit ye with the sedentary!
அவர்கள் (போருக்குப்) புறப்பட நாடியிருந்தால், அதற்கு வேண்டிய தயாரிப்புகளைச் செய்திருப்பார்கள்; எனினும் அவர்கள் புறப்படுவதை அல்லாஹ் வெறுத்து, அவர்கள் புறப்படாதவாறு தடை செய்துவிட்டான்; (போரில் கலந்து கொள்ள முடியாப் பெண்கள், முதியவர்களைப்போல்) "தங்குபவர்களுடன், நீங்களும் தங்கிவிடுங்கள்" என்று (அவர்களுக்கு) கூறப்பட்டது.

and say: my lord! make me to enter a goodly entering, and cause me to go forth a goodly going forth, and grant me from near thee power to assist (me).
"என் இறைவனே! என்னை சிறந்த முறையில் நுழையச் செய்வாயாக! மேலும் சிறந்த முறையில் என்னை வெளிப்படுத்துவாயாக! மேலும் உன்புறத்திலிருந்து எனக்கு உதவி செய்யும் ஒரு சக்தியை ஆக்குவாயாக! என்று கூறுவீராக.

it is he who causes the dawn to split forth, and has ordained the night for repose, and the sun and the moon for reckoning time. all this is determined by allah the almighty, the all-knowing.
அவனே பொழுது விடியச் செய்பவன்; (நீங்கள் களைப்பாறி) அமைதிபெற அவனே இரவையும் காலக் கணக்கினை அறிவதற்காகச் சூரியனையும், சந்திரனையும் உண்டாக்கினான் - இவையாவும் வல்லமையில் மிகைத்தோனும், எல்லாம் அறிந்தோனுமாகிய (இறைவனின்) ஏற்பாடாகும்.
