i am the buyer relations manager at surf expo, and i am reviewing your application for admittance as a buyer at surf expo. i am responsible for verifying that those requesting to enter our show as buyers, have credentials/proof that they are actually buyers for the store they are representing, as well as that they are buying for a retail establishment. after a bit of research online, checking several sources, the only information that i was able to find was in regards to your being a manufacturer, but nothing in regards to you as a retailer. do you have any documentation that your company is related to the retail industry for the board sports and/or resort industries? surf expo is open to the trade only in a strict business-to-retail format (exhibitors and approved retail buyers specializing in the boardsports and resort industry, making purchases for the purpose of re-sale). if you do not fall into the buyer category, we do offer an industry guest program. industry guest registration can only be done on-site in orlando and the fee is $500 per guest. please let me know if you have any questions, or if i have misunderstood your need to be at surf expo. thanks much! warm regards,
