the franchisee shall bear all relevant costs, expenses and expenditures.

فالحاصل على الامتياز يبيع السلع والخدمات التي تستوفي معايير الجودة الخاصة بمانح الامتياز ويمارس عمله تحت العلامات التجارية لمانح الامتياز.
