အခြားတပါးသောဘုရား၊ သင့်ပတ်လည်၌ နေသော လူမျိုးတို့၏ ဘုရားကို မဆည်းမကပ်ရ။

and ye shall know that i am the lord: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments, but have done after the manners of the heathen that are round about you.
အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သင်တို့သည် ငါ၏ဘုရား လမ်းသို့မလိုက်၊ ငါ့စီရင်ချက်တို့ကို မစောင့်၊ သင်တို့ ပတ်လည်၌နေသော လူမျိုးတို့၏ ထုံးစံဓလေ့တို့ကို လိုက်ကြပြီဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

therefore thus saith the lord god; i have lifted up mine hand, surely the heathen that are about you, they shall bear their shame.
အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ အကယ်စင်စစ် သင်တို့ပတ်လည်၌နေသော တပါးအမျိုး သားတို့သည် ကိုယ်အရှက်ကွဲခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ငါကျိန်ဆိုပြီ။

both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which thou shalt have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.
သင်သည် စေခိုင်းသောကျွန်၊ ကျွန်မတို့ကို၊ သင့် ပတ်လည်ဝန်းကျင်တို့၌ နေသော သာသနာပလူတို့ တွင် ဝယ်ရမည်။

therefore thus saith the lord god; because ye multiplied more than the nations that are round about you, and have not walked in my statutes, neither have kept my judgments, neither have done according to the judgments of the nations that are round about you;
သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည် ကား၊ သင်တို့သည် ပတ်လည်၌ရှိသော တိုင်းသူပြည်သား တို့ ဆန့်ကျင်သည်ထက်၊ သာ၍ဆန့် ကျင်သောကြောင့် ၎င်း၊ ငါ၏စီရင်ချက်လမ်းသို့မဟုတ်၊ ငါ၏ပညတ်တရား ကိုမစောင့်ရှောက်၊ ပတ်လည်၌ရှိသော တိုင်းသူပြည်သား တို့၏ထုံးစံဓလေ့ သို့လိုက်သောကြောင့်၎င်း၊
