draft european parliament legislative resolution on the proposal for a regulation of the european parliament and of the council amending regulation (ec) n° 881/2004 establishing a european railway agency (com(2006)0785 – c6-0473/2006 – 2006/0274(cod)) (codecision procedure: first reading) the european parliament, – having regard to the commission proposal to the european parliament and the council (com(2006)0785)1, – having regard to article 251(2) and article 71(1) of the ec treaty, pursuant to which the commission submitted the proposal to parliament (c6-0473/2006), – having regard to rule 51 of its rules of procedure, – having regard to the report of the committee on transport and tourism (a6-0000/2007), 1. approves the commission proposal as amended; 2.
projet de rÉsolution lÉgislative du parlement europÉen sur la proposition de règlement du parlement européen et du conseil modifiant le règlement (ce) n° 881/2004 instituant une agence ferroviaire européenne (com(2006)0785 – c6-0473/2006 – 2006/0274(cod)) (procédure de codécision: première lecture) le parlement européen, – vu la proposition de la commission au parlement européen et au conseil (com(2006)0785)1, – vu l'article 251, paragraphe 2, et l'article 71, paragraphe 1, du traité ce, conformément auxquels la proposition lui a été présentée par la commission (c6-0473/2006), – vu l'article 51 de son règlement, – vu le rapport de la commission des transports et du tourisme (a6-0000/2007), 1. approuve la proposition de la commission telle qu'amendée; 2. demande à la commission de le saisir à nouveau, si elle entend modifier de manière substantielle cette proposition ou la remplacer par un autre texte; 3. charge son président de transmettre la position du parlement au conseil et à la commission.
