it has now been found that the flavonic derivatives present in the extracts of vitis vinifera form complexes with advantageous properties with natural or synthetic phospholipids, and a first object of the invention is constituted by the complexes formed by the reaction of phospholipids of vegetable, animal or synthetic origin with the extract of vitis vinifera, said phospholipids corresponding to the formula: ##str1## in which r and r.sub.1, being identical or different, represent the acyl groups from natural fatty acids such as palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids, while or.sub.2 is derived from an aliphatic amino-alcohol with the formula r.sub.2 oh, such that r.sub.2 represents ch.sub.2 --ch.sub.2 --n.sup.+ (ch.sub.3).sub.3 : ch.sub.2 --ch.sub.2 --nh.sub.2 : or ##str2## the preferred phospholipids are lecithin from soya or from eggs, phospholipids from brain and skin of cattle or pigs and the phosphatidylcholines, phosphatidylserines and phosphatidylethanolamines, the ester groups of which are derived from the previously mentioned fatty acids.
on a maintenant trouvé que les dérivés flavoniques présents dans les extraits de vitis vinifera forment avec des phospholipides naturels ou synthétiques des complexes aux propriétés pharmacologiques avantageuses et un premier objet de l'invention est constitué des complexes formés par réaction avec l'extrait des vitis vinifera de phospholipides, d'origine végétale, animale ou synthétique, qui répondent à la formule générale : dans laquelle r et r₁ identiques ou différents représentent les groupes acyles des acides gras naturels tels que les acides palmitique, stéarique, oléique linoléique et linolénique tandis que or₂ dérive d'un aminoalcool aliphatique de formule r₂oh, tel que r₂ représente ch₂-ch₂-n⁺(ch₃)₃ ; ch₂-ch₂-nh₂ ; ou les phospholipides préférés sont la lécithine de soja ou d'oeuf, les phospholipides de cervelle et de peau de boeuf ou de porc et les phosphatidylcholines, phosphatidylserines et phosphatidyléthanolamines, dont les groupes esters dérivent des acides gras précédemment cités.
