በሚዛን ( ስትመዝኑ ) እንዳትበድሉ ፡ ፡

and they who carefully maintain their prayers -
እነዚያም እነሱ በስግደቶቻቸው ላይ የሚጠባበቁ የኸኑት ( አገኙ ) ፡ ፡

or if he commands others to maintain piety ! ?
ወይም ( ፈጣሪውን ) በመፍራት ቢያዝ ፤

and those who [ carefully ] maintain their prayer :
እነዚያም እነርሱ በሶላቶቻቸው ላይ የሚጠባበቁት ፡ ፡

but maintain the weights with justice , and do not violate the balance .
መመዘንንም በትክክል መዝኑ ፡ ፡ ተመዛኙንም አታጉድሉ ፡ ፡

who in their spending are neither extravagant nor stingy but maintain moderation ,
እነዚያም በለገሱ ጊዜ የማያባክኑ የማይቆጥቡትም ናቸው ፡ ፡ በዚህም መካከል ( ልግስናቸው ) ትክክለኛ የኾነ ነው ፡ ፡

" maintain just measure in your business and do not cause loss to others .
« ስፍርን ሙሉ ፡ ፡ ከአጉዳዮቹም አትኹኑ ፡ ፡

and let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.
ከወገናችንም ያሉት ደግሞ ፍሬ ቢሶች ሆነው እንዳይቀሩ፥ የግድ ስለሚያስፈልገው ነገር በመልካም ሥራ እንዲጸኑ ይማሩ።

— those who maintain the prayer and pay the zakat , and who are certain of the hereafter .
ለእነዚያ ሶላትን ለሚሰግዱት ዘካንም ለሚሰጡት እነሱም በመጨረሻይቱ ሕይወት እነሱ የሚያረጋግጡ ለኾኑት ፡ ፡

who believe in the unseen , maintain the prayer , and spend out of what we have provided for them ;
ለነዚያ በሩቁ ነገር የሚያምኑ ሶላትንም ደንቡን ጠብቀው የሚሰግዱ ከሰጠናቸውም ሲሳይ የሚቸሩ ለኾኑት ፤

your guardian is only allah , his apostle , and the faithful who maintain the prayer and give the zakat while bowing down .
ረዳታችሁ አላህና መልክተኛው እነዚያም ያመኑት ብቻ ናቸው ፡ ፡ ( እነርሱ ) እነዚያ ሶላትን በደንቡ የሚሰግዱ እነርሱም ያጎነበሱ ኾነው ምጽዋትን የሚሰጡ ናቸው ፡ ፡

and maintain the prayer , and give the zakat , and bow along with those who bow [ in prayer ] .
ሶላትንም ደንቡን ጠብቃችሁ ስገዱ ፡ ፡ ዘካንም ( ግዴታ ምጽዋትን ) ስጡ ፡ ፡ ( ለጌታችሁ ) ከአጎንባሾች ጋርም አጎንብሱ ፡ ፡

you see many of them actively engaged in sin and aggression , and consuming illicit gains . surely , evil is what they have been doing .
ከእነርሱም ብዙዎቹን በኃጢአትና በበደል እርምንም በመብላታቸው የሚጣደፉ ሲኾኑ ታያለህ ፡ ፡ ይሠሩት የነበሩት ነገር በጣም ከፋ !

as for those who hold fast to the book and maintain the prayer indeed — , we do not waste the reward of those who bring about reform .
እነዚያም መጽሐፉን ጠብቀው የሚይዙ ሶላትንም በደንቡ የሰገዱ እኛ የመልካም ሠሪዎችን ዋጋ አናጠፋም ፡ ፡

he said , ‘ this is where you and i shall part . i will inform you about the interpretation of that over which you could not maintain patience .
( ኸድር ) አለ « ይህ በእኔና በአንተ መካከል መለያያ ነው ፡ ፡ በእርሱ ላይ መታገስን ያልቻልክበትን ፍች እነግርሃለሁ ፡ ፡

elderly women who have no hope of getting married are allowed not to wear the kind of clothing that young woman must wear , as long as they do not show off their beauty . it is better for them if they maintain chastity .
ከሴቶችም እነዚያ ጋብቻን የማይፈልጉት ተቀማጮች ( ባልቴቶች ) ፤ በጌጥ የተገለፁ ሳይኾኑ የላይ ልብሶቻቸውን ቢጥሉ በእነሱ ላይ ኀጢአት የለባቸውም ፡ ፡ ግን መጠበቃቸው ለእነርሱ የተሻለ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

besides these , it is lawful for you to marry other women if you pay their dower , maintain chastity and do not commit indecency . if you marry them for the appointed time you must pay their dowries .
ከሴቶችም ( በባል ) ጥብቆቹ እጆቻቸሁ ( በምርኮ ) የያዙዋቸው ሲቀሩ በእናንተ ላይ እርም ናቸው ፡ ፡ ( ይህን ) አላህ በናንተ ላይ ጻፈ ፡ ፡ ከዚሃችሁም ( ከተከለከሉት ) ወዲያ ጥብቆች ኾናችሁ ዝሙተኞች ሳትኾኑ በገንዘቦቻችሁ ልትፈልጉ ለእናንተ ተፈቀደ ፡ ፡ ከእነሱም በርሱ ( በመገናኘት ) የተጠቀማችሁባቸውን ሴቶች መህሮቻቸውን ግዴታ ሲኾን ስጧቸው ፡ ፡ ከመወሰንም በኋላ በተዋደዳችሁበት ነገር በእናንተ ላይ ኀጢአት የለም ፡ ፡ አላህ ዐዋቂ ጥበበኛ ነውና ፡ ፡

and that ‘ ‘ maintain the prayer and be wary of him , and it is he toward whom you will be gathered . ’ ’ ’
ሶላትንም በደንቡ ስገዱ ፍሩትም ፤ ( በማለት ታዘዝን ) ፡ ፡ እርሱም ያ ወደርሱ ብቻ የምትሰበሰቡበት ነው ፡ ፡

do not entrust your properties - which allah hasmade a means of support for you - to the weak of understanding , but maintain and clothe them out of it , and say to them a kind word of admonition .
ቂሎችንም ያችን አላህ ለእናንተ መተዳደሪያ ያደረጋትን ገንዘቦቻችውን ( የያዛችሁላቸውን ) አትስጡዋቸው ፡ ፡ ከርሷም መግቡዋቸው አልብሱዋቸውም ፡ ፡ ለእነሱም መልካምን ንግግር ተናገሩ ፡ ፡
