yenna-yasen : ihi tura win yesɛan idrimen neɣ agrab yawi-ten, win ur nesɛi ara ajenwi ad izzenz abeṛnus-is iwakken a d-yaɣ yiwen.

for what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with god.
ma tețwaɛaqbem imi txedmem kra n diri, ma tṣebṛem i wannect-agi, anwa ara kkun-icekkṛen ? meɛna ma iɛedda fell-awen lbaṭel, mi txedmem ayen yelhan, tṣebṛem, d ayen yelhan ɣer sidi ṛebbi.

and i went unto the angel, and said unto him, give me the little book. and he said unto me, take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
ṛuḥeɣ ɣer lmelk-nni, ssutreɣ-as a yi-d-yefk taktabt-nni tamecṭuḥt. yenna-yi-d : eddem-iț, sebleɛ-iț ; deg imi-k aț-țili ț-țaẓidant am tammemt, meɛna m'ara taweḍ ɣer uɛebbuḍ-ik, aț-țuɣal ț-țarẓagant.
