and are oblivious of the hereafter.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން آخرة ދޫކޮށްލަމުއެވެ.

but who are oblivious of their moral duties,
ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ނަމާދާމެދު غافل ވެ ތިބެ، ނަމާދުކުރާ މީހުންނަށް ގެއްލުމާއި ހަލާކު ހުށްޓެވެ.

they only know the palpable life of this world, and are oblivious of the hereafter.
ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުމުން އެއުރެންނަށް އެނގެނީ ބޭރުފުށުގެ ކަންތަކެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންވަނީ، آخرة ދުވަހާމެދު غافل ވެގެންވާ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައެވެ.

that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are oblivious.
އެއުރެންގެ ކާބަފައިންނަށް إنذار ކުރައްވާފައިނުވާ ބަޔަކަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު إنذار ކުރެއްވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނީ غافل ވެގެންވާ ބަޔެކެވެ.

certainly we created above you seven levels and we have not been oblivious of the creation.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ ދިމާމަތީގައި، ހަތް އުޑު ހެއްދެވީމެވެ. އަދި خلق ތަކުންނާމެދު غافل ވެވޮޑިގެންވާ ކަލަކުކަމުގައި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ނުވަމެވެ.

on that day each will be occupied with his own business, making him oblivious of all save himself.
އެއުރެންކުރެ ކޮންމެ މީހަކަށް، އެމީހަކު އަވަދިނެތި ކުރާނެކަމެއް އެދުވަހުން ވެއެވެ.

they know just an outward aspect of the life of the world, but they are oblivious of the hereafter.
ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުމުން އެއުރެންނަށް އެނގެނީ ބޭރުފުށުގެ ކަންތަކެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންވަނީ، آخرة ދުވަހާމެދު غافل ވެގެންވާ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައެވެ.

and be not like those who forgot allah and so he made them oblivious of themselves. they are the wicked ones.
އަދި اللَّه ހަނދުމަ ނައްތައިލި މީހުން ފަދައިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނުވާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންގެ އަމިއްލަ نفس ތައް ހަނދުމަނެތިކޮށްލެއްވިއެވެ. އެއުރެންނީ، ހަމަ فاسق ންނެވެ.

for everyone there are ranks in accordance with what they have done; and your lord is not oblivious of what they do.
އަދި ކޮންމެ ބަޔަކަށްމެ އެބަޔަކު ކުޅަ عمل ތަކާ އެއްގޮތަށް ދަރަޖަތަކެއް ހުށްޓެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން ކުރާ عمل ތަކާމެދު، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ غافل ވެ ވޮޑިގެނެއްނުވެއެވެ.

soon he will show you his signs, and you will recognize them.’ your lord is not oblivious of what you do.
އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! حمد ހުރީ اللَّه އަށެވެ. އެކަލާނގެ ކުޅަދުންވަންތަކަމުގެ ހެކިތައް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ނިކަންހުރެ އެކަލާނގެ ދައްކަވާހުށްޓެވެ. ދެން އެކަންތައްތައް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެނގޭނެތެވެ. ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރާ عمل ތަކާމެދު غافل ވެވޮޑިގެނެއްނުވެތެވެ.

do not suppose that allah is oblivious of what the wrongdoers are doing. he is only granting them respite until the day when the eyes will be glazed.
އަނިޔާވެރިން ކުރާ ކަންތަކާމެދު، اللَّه، غافل ވެ ވޮޑިގެންވާކަމަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ހީފުޅުނުކުރައްވާ ހުށިކަމެވެ! އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ފަސްކުރައްވާކަން ކަށަވަރީ (ކަންތައް ބޮޑުވެ) ލޯތައް ހުޅުވޭ ދުވަހަކަށެވެ.

it was not worthy of us to seek any protector other than you. but you allowed them and their fathers a life of ease until they turned oblivious of the reminder.
އެއުރެން ދަންނަވާނެތެވެ. އިބަރަސްކަލާނގެ ހުސްطاهر ވަންތަކަމާއެވެ! އިބަރަސްކަލާނގެ ފިޔަވައި އެހެން އެހީތެރިފަރާތްތަކެއް ހިފުމަކީ، ތިމަންމެންނަށް އެކަށީގެންވާ ކަމެއްކަމުގައި ނުވެއެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަމަކު، އިބަރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންނަށާއި، އެއުރެންގެ ކާބަފައިންނަށް ފަސޭހަ ދިރިއުޅުމާއި، نعمة ދެއްވީމުއެވެ. وعظ އާއި نصيحة ގެ މަތިން އެއުރެން ހަނދާން ނައްތައިފުމަށް ދާނދެނެވެ. އަދި ގެއްލި ހަލާކުވި ބަޔަކުކަމުގައި، އެއުރެން ވޫއެވެ.

so today we shall deliver your body so that you may be a sign for those who come after you.’ indeed many of the people are oblivious to our signs.
ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ، މިއަދު ކަލޭގެ (ފުރާނަނެތް) ހަށިގަނޑު ސަލާމަތްކުރައްވާހުށީމެވެ. އެއީ، ކަލޭގެފަހުން އަންނަބަޔަކަށް، عبرة އެއް ކަމުގައި ކަލޭ ވުމަށެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، މީސްތަކުންގެ ތެރެއިން ގިނަމީހުންވަނީ ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތަކާމެދު (އެބަހީ: ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ قدرة ތެރިކަމުގެ މައްޗަށް دليل ކުރާ ހެކިތަކާމެދު) غافل ވެގެންކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

are they oblivious to allah’s secret plan? so none is unafraid of allah’s secret plan except the people of ruin!
ފަހެ، اللَّه ގެ ރޭއްވެވުމާމެދު އެއުރެން (ބިރެއްނެތި) أمان ވެ ތިބީހެއްޔެވެ؟ ފަހެ، ގެއްލެނިވެގެންވާ މީހުން މެނުވީ، اللَّه ގެ ރޭއްވެވުމާމެދު (ބިރެއްނެތި) أمان ވެގެންނެއް ނުތިބޭނެތެވެ.

as for those who do not hope to meet us (after death), and are content with the life of this world, who are oblivious of our signs,
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ރޭދުވާ ތަފާތުވުމުގައްޔާއި އުޑުތަކާއި، ބިމުގައި اللَّه ހެއްދެވި (އެންމެހައި) ތަކެތީގައި، تقوى ވެރިވާ ބަޔަކަށް دليل ތަކެއްވާކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

(and the driver will say:) "you were oblivious of this, so we have removed the veil, and how keen is your sight today!"
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިބާ މިކަންތަކާމެދު غافل ކަމެއްގައިވީމުއެވެ. ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިބާގެ ކިބައިން غافل ކަމުގެ ފަރުދާ كشف ކުރެއްވީމެވެ. ފަހެ، މިއަދު ތިބާގެ ލޮލަކީ ތޫނު ލޮލެކެވެ.

[he will be told] ‘you were certainly oblivious of this. we have removed your veil from you, and so today your eyesight is acute.’
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިބާ މިކަންތަކާމެދު غافل ކަމެއްގައިވީމުއެވެ. ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިބާގެ ކިބައިން غافل ކަމުގެ ފަރުދާ كشف ކުރެއްވީމެވެ. ފަހެ، މިއަދު ތިބާގެ ލޮލަކީ ތޫނު ލޮލެކެވެ.

and the true promise draws near [to its fulfillment], behold, the faithless will look on with a fixed gaze: ‘woe to us! we have certainly been oblivious of this!
އަދި حق ތެދު وعد (އެބަހީ: قيامة ވުމުގެ ވަގުތު) ގާތްވެއްޖެއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެހާރުން كافر ވި މީހުން (ބިރުން) ލޯތައް ބޮޑުވެފައިވާނެތެވެ. (އަދި ބުނާނެތެވެ.) އޭ ތިމަންމެންނަށްހުރި ހަލާކެއްގެބޮޑުކަމާއެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންތިބީ، މިކަންތައްތަކާމެދު غافل ކަމެއްގައެވެ. އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! ތިމަންމެންވީ، އަނިޔާވެރި ބަޔެއްކަަމުގައެވެ.
