اور (حیوانات، نباتات اور معدنیات وغیرہ میں سے بقیہ) جو کچھ بھی اس نے تمہارے لئے زمین میں پیدا فرمایا ہے جن کے رنگ (یعنی جنسیں، نوعیں، قسمیں، خواص اور منافع) الگ الگ ہیں (سب تمہارے لئے مسخر ہیں)، بیشک اس میں نصیحت قبول کرنے والے لوگوں کے لئے نشانی ہے،

but for the bounty of allah and his mercy towards you in this life and in the everlasting life you would have been sternly punished for that which you were involved.
اور اگر اللہ کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت تم پر دنیا اور آخرت میں نہ ہو تی تو جس چرچے میں تم پڑے اس پر تمہیں بڑا عذاب پہنچتا،

and the things he has created for you in the earth, of numerous colours; indeed in this is a sign for people who remember.
اور (حیوانات، نباتات اور معدنیات وغیرہ میں سے بقیہ) جو کچھ بھی اس نے تمہارے لئے زمین میں پیدا فرمایا ہے جن کے رنگ (یعنی جنسیں، نوعیں، قسمیں، خواص اور منافع) الگ الگ ہیں (سب تمہارے لئے مسخر ہیں)، بیشک اس میں نصیحت قبول کرنے والے لوگوں کے لئے نشانی ہے،

had it not been for the grace of god and his mercy on you in this world and the hereafter, a terrible punishment would have afflicted you for your plunging headlong into slander.
اور اگر اللہ کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت تم پر دنیا اور آخرت میں نہ ہو تی تو جس چرچے میں تم پڑے اس پر تمہیں بڑا عذاب پہنچتا،

were it not for the grace and mercy of allah on you, in this world and the hereafter, a grievous penalty would have seized you in that ye rushed glibly into this affair.
اور اگر اللہ کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت تم پر دنیا اور آخرت میں نہ ہو تی تو جس چرچے میں تم پڑے اس پر تمہیں بڑا عذاب پہنچتا،

everything we narrate to you of the history of the messengers is to strengthen your heart therewith. the truth has come to you in this, and a lesson, and a reminder for the believers.
(اے محمدﷺ) اور پیغمبروں کے وہ سب حالات جو ہم تم سے بیان کرتے ہیں ان سے ہم تمہارے دل کو قائم رکھتے ہیں۔ اور ان (قصص) میں تمہارے پاس حق پہنچ گیا اور یہ مومنوں کے لیے نصیحت اور عبرت ہے

were it not for allah's grace and mercy towards you in this world and in the hereafter, a painful scourge would have visited you because of the things in which you were involved.
اور اگر تم پر دنیا و آخرت میں اللہ کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت نہ ہوتی تو جس (تہمت کے) چرچے میں تم پڑ گئے ہو اس پر تمہیں زبردست عذاب پہنچتا،

o yea! if ye but remain persevering and god-fearing, and they should come upon you in this rush of theirs, your lord shall reinforce you with five thousand angels marked.
بلکہ اگر تم صبر کرو اور پرہیزگاری کرو اور وہ تم پر ایک دم سے آ پہنچیں تو تمہارا رب پانچ ہزار فرشتے نشان دار گھوڑوں پر مدد کے لیے بھیجے گا
