நிச்சயமாக, குற்றமிழைத்தார்களே அவர்கள், ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களைப் பார்த்து (உலகில்) சிரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்.

indeed the guilty used to laugh at the believers.
நிச்சயமாக, குற்றமிழைத்தார்களே அவர்கள், ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களைப் பார்த்து (உலகில்) சிரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்.

those in sin used to laugh at those who believed,
நிச்சயமாக, குற்றமிழைத்தார்களே அவர்கள், ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களைப் பார்த்து (உலகில்) சிரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்.

that it is he who causes to laugh and causes to weep.
அன்றியும், நிச்சயமாக அவனே சிரிக்க வைக்கிறான், அழச் செய்கிறான்.

behold, the wicked were wont to laugh at the believers:
நிச்சயமாக, குற்றமிழைத்தார்களே அவர்கள், ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களைப் பார்த்து (உலகில்) சிரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்.

and that he it is who causes people to laugh and to cry,
அன்றியும், நிச்சயமாக அவனே சிரிக்க வைக்கிறான், அழச் செய்கிறான்.

surely they who are guilty used to laugh at those who believe.
நிச்சயமாக, குற்றமிழைத்தார்களே அவர்கள், ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களைப் பார்த்து (உலகில்) சிரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்.

and that it is he who makes to laugh, and that makes to weep,
அன்றியும், நிச்சயமாக அவனே சிரிக்க வைக்கிறான், அழச் செய்கிறான்.

but you took them in mockery to the point that they made you forget my remembrance, and you used to laugh at them.
அப்போது நீங்கள் அவர்களைப் பரிகாசத்திற்கு உரியவர்களாக ஆக்கிக் கொண்டீர்கள், எது வரையெனின் என் நினைவே உங்களுக்கு மறக்கலாயிற்று இன்னும் அவர்களைப் பற்றி நீங்கள் ஏளனமாக நகைத்துக் கொண்டும் இருந்தீர்கள்.

then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of me, and at them ye were wont to laugh.
அப்போது நீங்கள் அவர்களைப் பரிகாசத்திற்கு உரியவர்களாக ஆக்கிக் கொண்டீர்கள், எது வரையெனின் என் நினைவே உங்களுக்கு மறக்கலாயிற்று இன்னும் அவர்களைப் பற்றி நீங்கள் ஏளனமாக நகைத்துக் கொண்டும் இருந்தீர்கள்.

but you made then a target of ridicule, until they made you forget my remembrance; and you used to laugh at them.
அப்போது நீங்கள் அவர்களைப் பரிகாசத்திற்கு உரியவர்களாக ஆக்கிக் கொண்டீர்கள், எது வரையெனின் என் நினைவே உங்களுக்கு மறக்கலாயிற்று இன்னும் அவர்களைப் பற்றி நீங்கள் ஏளனமாக நகைத்துக் கொண்டும் இருந்தீர்கள்.

i know how to laugh, i know iow to be very serious it's depend on your behaviour
எப்படி சிரிப்பது என்று எனக்குத் தெரியும், மிகவும் தீவிரமாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று எனக்குத் தெரியும், இது உங்கள் நடத்தையைப் பொறுத்தது

“so you took them for a mockery until your mocking at them made you forget my remembrance, and you used to laugh at them!”

ஆனால் (மறுமை) நாளில் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்கள் காஃபிர்களைப் பார்த்து சிரிப்பார்கள்.

verily! (during the worldly life) those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
நிச்சயமாக, குற்றமிழைத்தார்களே அவர்கள், ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களைப் பார்த்து (உலகில்) சிரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்.

நான் உங்களுடன் செலவழித்த மதிப்புமிக்க மற்றும் வேடிக்கையான நிரப்பப்பட்ட நாள், நீங்கள் உண்மையில் என்னை படத்திற்காக சிரிக்க வைத்தீர்கள் (போலி புன்னகை தேவையில்லை)

வேதமுடையவர்களே! மெய்யாகவே உஙகளிடம் நம்முடைய தூதர் வந்திருக்கின்றார். வேதத்திலிருந்து நீங்கள் மறைத்துக் கொண்டிருப்பவற்றில் பல விஷயங்களை அவர் உங்களுக்கு விளக்கிக் காட்டுவார். இன்னும், (இப்பொழுது தேவையில்லாத) அநேகத்தை விட்டுவிடுவார். நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து பேரொளியும், தெளிவுமுள்ள (திருக் குர்ஆன் என்னும்) வேதமும் உங்களிடம் வந்திருக்கின்றது.

if you ask them, they will say, “we were just joking and playing.” say, “were you making jokes about god, his revelations, and his messenger?”
(இதைப்பற்றி) நீர் அவர்களைக் கேட்டால், அவர்கள், "நாங்கள் வெறுமனே விவாதித்துக் கொண்டும், விளையாடிக்கொண்டும்தான் இருந்தோம்" என்று நிச்சயமாகக் கூறுவார்கள். "அல்லாஹ்வையும், அவன் வசனங்களையும், அவன் தூதரையுமா நீங்கள் பரிகசித்துக் கொண்டு இருந்தீர்கள்?" என்று (நபியே!) நீர் கேட்பீராக.
