o people, have fear of your lord. the earthquake of the hour shall be a great thing.
โอ้ มหาชนเอ๋ย ! พวกเจ้าจงยำเกรง พระเจ้าของพวกเจ้าเถิด เพราะแท้จริง การสั่นสะเทือนของวันอวสานนั้น เป็นสิ่งที่ร้ายแรงยิ่งนัก

now when i had delivered the evidence of the purchase unto baruch the son of neriah, i prayed unto the lord, saying,

ฉันไม่เคยรู้มาก่อนเลยในเรื่องของมะลาอิกะฮฺ เมื่อพวกเขาโต้เถียงกัน

he will say, “do not dispute before me – i had already warned you of the punishment.”
พระองค์ตรัสว่า พวกเจ้าอย่ามาโต้เถียงต่อหน้าข้าเลย และแน่นอนข้าได้เตือนพวกเจ้าก่อนหน้านี้แล้ว

o men, fear your lord! surely the earthquake of the hour is a mighty thing;
โอ้ มหาชนเอ๋ย ! พวกเจ้าจงยำเกรง พระเจ้าของพวกเจ้าเถิด เพราะแท้จริง การสั่นสะเทือนของวันอวสานนั้น เป็นสิ่งที่ร้ายแรงยิ่งนัก

o people, fear your lord; indeed the earthquake of the last day is a tremendous thing.
โอ้ มหาชนเอ๋ย ! พวกเจ้าจงยำเกรง พระเจ้าของพวกเจ้าเถิด เพราะแท้จริง การสั่นสะเทือนของวันอวสานนั้น เป็นสิ่งที่ร้ายแรงยิ่งนัก

upon the which when i had fastened mine eyes, i considered, and saw fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
ครั้นข้าพเจ้าเขม้นดูผ้านั้น ข้าพเจ้าได้พินิจพิจารณาก็ได้เห็นสัตว์สี่เท้าของแผ่นดิน กับสัตว์ป่า สัตว์เลื้อยคลาน และนกที่อยู่ในท้องฟ้

i had no knowledge of the exalted assembly [of angels] when they were disputing [the creation of adam].

and i john saw these things, and heard them. and when i had heard and seen, i fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.

are you disbelievers mightier than those of the nations which we destroyed before or have you received amnesty through the ancient scriptures?
พวกปฏิเสธศรัทธาของพวกเจ้าจะดียิ่งกว่าพวกเหล่านั้นกระนั้นหรือ? หรือว่ามีการยกเว้นโทษสำหรับพวกเจ้าระบุไว้ในคัมภีร์

จงกล่าวเถิด (มุฮัมมัด) “พวกท่านเห็นแล้วมิใช่หรือ ซึ่งเครื่องยังชีพที่อัลลอฮ์ทรงประทานให้แก่พวกท่านแล้วพวกท่านก็ทำให้บางส่วนเป็นที่ต้องห้าม (หะรอม) และบางส่วนเป็นที่อนุมัติ(หะลาล)” จงกล่าวเถิด (มุฮัมมัด)“อัลลอฮ์ทรงอนุมัติให้แก่พวกท่าน หรือพวกท่านปั้นแต่งให้แก่อัลลอฮ์”
