evil it is as a lodging-place and an abode';
“แท้จริงมันเป็นที่อยู่และที่พำนักอันเลวร้ายยิ่ง”

then we placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging.
แล้วเราทำให้เขาเป็นเชื้ออสุจิ อยู่ในที่พักอันมั่นคง (คือมดลูก)

then placed him as a drop (of seed) in a safe lodging;
แล้วเราทำให้เขาเป็นเชื้ออสุจิ อยู่ในที่พักอันมั่นคง (คือมดลูก)

the inhabitants of the garden will have the best residence and the finest lodging on that day.
ชาวสวนสวรรค์ในวันนั้นจะอยู่ในที่พำนักอันดี และที่พักผ่อนอันสบายยิ่ง

enter the gates of gehenna and live there for ever. evil is the lodging of the proud.
จงเข้าไปในประตูทั้งหลายของนรก เป็นผู้พำนักอยู่ตลอดกาลในนั้น ฉะนั้นที่พำนักของพวกหยิ่งผยองมันชั่วช้าแท้ ๆ

on that day no excuse will benefit the harmdoers. theirs shall be the curse, and an evil lodging.

enter the gates of gehenna (hell) to be in it for ever. evil is the lodging of the proud.
ดังนั้น พวกเจ้าจงเข้าประตูนรกเพื่ออยู่ในนั้นตลอดกาล ฉะนั้น ที่พำนักของพวกหยิ่งผยองมันชั่วช้ายิ่ง

even if they are patient the fire shall still be their lodging, and if they seek pardon, they shall not be among those who are pardoned.
ดังนั้น หากพวกเขาอดทน (ต่อการลงโทษ) ได้ ไฟนรกก็คือที่พำนักของพวกเขา และถ้าพวกเขาวิงวอนขอความโปรดปรานพวกเขาก็จะไม่ได้อยู่ในหมู่ผู้ได้รับความโปรดปราน

and we send down from the sky water in measure, and we give it lodging in the earth, and lo! we are able to withdraw it.

do those who deny the truth, think that they can make my servants patrons instead of me? we have reserved hell as a lodging for those who deny the truth.
บรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธาได้คิดแล้วหรือว่าพวกเขาจะยึดเอาปวงบ่าวของข้าอื่นจากข้าเป็นผู้คุ้มครองได้ แท้จริงเราได้เตรียมนรกณะฮันนัมไว้เป็นที่พำนัก สำหรับบรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธาแล้ว

and who does greater evil that he who forges a lie against allah or belied the truth when it comes to him! is there not a lodging in gehenna for the unbelievers?
และใครเล่าจะอธรรมยิ่งกว่าผู้กุความเท็จให้แก่อัลลอฮ์ หรือปฏิเสธสัจธรรมเมื่อมันได้มายังเขา ที่พำนักในนรกญะฮันนัมมิใช่สำหรับบรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธาดอกหรือ ?

and upon the day of resurrection thou shalt see those who lied against god, their faces blackened; is there not in gehenna a lodging for those that are proud?
และวันกิยามะฮฺ เจ้าจะเห็นบรรดาผู้ที่กล่าวเท็จต่ออัลลอฮฺ ใบหน้าของพวกเขาดำคล้ำ ดังนั้น ที่พำนักสำหรับบรรดาผู้หยิ่งยะโสนั้นมิใช่นรกดอกหรือ?

and who does greater evil than he who forges against god a lie, or cries lies to the truth when it comes to him? what, is there not in gehenna a lodging for the unbelievers?
และใครเล่าจะอธรรมยิ่งกว่าผู้กุความเท็จให้แก่อัลลอฮ์ หรือปฏิเสธสัจธรรมเมื่อมันได้มายังเขา ที่พำนักในนรกญะฮันนัมมิใช่สำหรับบรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธาดอกหรือ ?

allah will indeed admit those who believe and do good works into gardens underneath which rivers flow. as for the unbelievers, they take their fill of pleasure and eat as the cattle eat, but the fire shall be their lodging!
แท้จริงอัลลอฮ.จะทรงให้บรรดาผู้ศรัทธาและกระทำความดีทั้งหลายเข้าสู่สวนสวรรค์หลากหลาย ณ เบื้องล่างสวนสวรรค์มีลำน้ำหลายสายไหลผ่าน ส่วนบรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธานั้นพวกเขาจะหลงระเริงและกินเยี่ยงปศุสัตว์กัน และไฟนรกคือที่พำนักของพวกเขา
