วันขอบคุณพระเจ้า

continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
จงขะมักเขม้นในการอธิษฐาน จงเฝ้าระวังอยู่ในการนั้นด้วยขอบพระคุ

offer unto god thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most high:
จงนำเครื่องการโมทนาพระคุณมาเป็นเครื่องสักการบูชาแด่พระเจ้า และทำตามคำปฏิญาณของเจ้าต่อองค์ผู้สูงสุ

sing unto the lord with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our god:
จงร้องเพลงโมทนาพระคุณถวายพระเยโฮวาห์ จงร้องเพลงสรรเสริญพระเจ้าของเราด้วยพิณเขาคู

i will praise the name of god with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
ข้าพเจ้าจะสรรเสริญพระนามพระเจ้าด้วยบทเพลง ข้าพเจ้าจะยกย่องพระองค์โดยโมทนาพระคุ

and let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.
และให้เขาถวายเครื่องสักการบูชาโมทนาพระคุณ และเล่าพระราชกิจของพระองค์ด้วยความชื่นบา

and when ye will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the lord, offer it at your own will.
เมื่อเจ้าถวายเครื่องสัตวบูชาเป็นเครื่องบูชาโมทนาพระคุณแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ เจ้าจงถวายเครื่องสัตวบูชานั้นด้วยความเต็มใ

let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
ให้เราทั้งหลายเข้ามาอยู่เฉพาะเบื้องพระพักตร์พระองค์ด้วยโมทนา ให้เรากระทำเสียงชื่นบานถวายพระองค์ด้วยบทเพลงสดุด

for every creature of god is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
ด้วยว่าสิ่งสารพัดซึ่งพระเจ้าได้ทรงสร้างไว้นั้นเป็นของดี ถ้าแม้รับประทานด้วยขอบพระคุณ ก็ไม่ห้ามเลยสักสิ่งเดีย

besides the cakes, he shall offer for his offering leavened bread with the sacrifice of thanksgiving of his peace offerings.
นอกจากขนมเหล่านี้ให้เขานำขนมปังใส่เชื้อมาถวายเป็นส่วนของเครื่องบูชา พร้อมกับเครื่องสันติบูชาที่ถวายเป็นการโมทนาพระคุ

be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto god.
อย่าทุกข์ร้อนในสิ่งใดๆเลย แต่จงทูลเรื่องความปรารถนาของท่านทุกอย่างต่อพระเจ้า ด้วยการอธิษฐาน การวิงวอน กับการขอบพระคุ

forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which god hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
เขาห้ามทำการสมรส ไม่ให้รับประทานอาหารซึ่งพระเจ้าทรงสร้างไว้ให้ผู้ที่เชื่อและรู้จักความจริงรับประทานด้วยขอบพระคุ

and the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.
ส่วนเนื้อสัตว์เครื่องสันติบูชาเพื่อโมทนาพระคุณนั้น เขาจะต้องรับประทานเสียในวันทำการถวายบูชา อย่าเหลือไว้จนวันรุ่งเช้าเล

and offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving with leaven, and proclaim and publish the free offerings: for this liketh you, o ye children of israel, saith the lord god.
จงเผาบูชาโมทนาด้วยใช้สิ่งที่มีเชื้อ และประกาศการถวายบูชาด้วยใจสมัคร จงโฆษณา โอ คนอิสราเอลเอ๋ย เจ้ารักที่จะกระทำอย่างนี้นี่นะ" องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสดังนี้แหล

moreover the levites: jeshua, binnui, kadmiel, sherebiah, judah, and mattaniah, which was over the thanksgiving, he and his brethren.
คนเลวีคือ เยชูอา บินนุย ขัดมีเอล เชเรบิยาห์ ยูดาห์ และมัทธานิยาห์ ผู้ซึ่งดูแลการเพลงโมทนาพร้อมกับพี่น้องของเข

and out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and i will multiply them, and they shall not be few; i will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.
จะมีเพลงโมทนาพระคุณออกมาจากที่เหล่านั้น และมีเสียงของผู้ที่รื่นเริง เราจะทวีเขาขึ้น และเขาจะไม่มีเพียงน้อยคน เราจะกระทำให้เขามีเกียรติ เขาจะไม่เป็นแต่ผู้เล็กน้อ

and when moosa said to his people, “remember allah’s favour upon you when he rescued you from the people of firaun who were inflicting you with a dreadful torment, and were slaying your sons and sparing your daughters; and in it occurred a great favour of your lord.”* (* on the 10th day of moharram – therefore the jews used to fast on that day as thanksgiving.)
และจงรำลึกขณะที่มูซากล่าวแก่กลุ่มชนของเขาว่า “จงรำลึกถึงความโปรดปรานของอัลลอฮที่มีต่อพวกท่าน เมื่อพระองค์ทรงให้พวกท่านรอดพ้นจากวงศ์วานของฟิรเอาน โดยให้พวกท่านได้ลิ้มรสการทรมานอันชั่วช้า และฆ่าลูกชายของพวกท่าน และไว้ชีวิตผู้หญิงของพวกท่าน และในการนั้นย่อมเป็นการทดสอบอย่างใหญ่หลวง จากพระเจ้าของพวกท่าน”
