the component of the national ceilings referred to in article 54(2) corresponding to fruit and vegetable crops other than annual crops shall be as follows:

krukjord och jordkompost (för alla grödor), användning för jordbehandling inomhus och utomhus (för grönsaksgrödor och prydnadsväxtgrödor), plantskolor för tobak.
potting soil and soil compost (for all crops), indoor and outdoor use for soil treatment (for vegetable and ornamental crops), tobacco nurseries.

fram till och med den 31 december 2010 hålla inne upp till 100 % av den del av de nationella tak som aves i artikel 40 i denna förordning som motsvarar stöd till produktion av andra frukt- och grönsaksgrödor än de ettåriga grödor som förtecknas i tredje stycket i denna punkt, vilka levereras för bearbetning och var bidragsberättigande enligt de stödordningar som föreskrivs i förordningarna (eg) nr 2201/96 och (eg) nr 2202/96, och
until 31 december 2010, up to 100 % of the component of the national ceilings referred to in article 40 of this regulation corresponding to support for the production of fruit and vegetable crops other than annual crops listed in the third subparagraph of this paragraph which are supplied for processing and were eligible under the aid schemes set out in regulations (ec) no 2201/96 and (ec) no 2202/96; and
