صالق العموني نحراي البئيروتي حامل سلاح يوآب ابن صروية

وكفر العموني والعفني وجبع ست عشرة مدينة مع ضياعها.
and chephar-haammonai, and ophni, and gaba; twelve cities with their villages:

وصالق العموني ونحراي البئيروتي حامل سلاح يوآب بن صروية

وكان طوبيا العموني بجانبه فقال ان ما يبنونه اذا صعد ثعلب فانه يهدم حجارة حائطهم.
now tobiah the ammonite was by him, and he said, even that which they build, if a fox go up, he shall even break down their stone wall.

فقال لهم ناحاش العموني بهذا اقطع لكم. بتقوير كل عين يمنى لكم وجعل ذلك عارا على جميع اسرائيل.
and nahash the ammonite answered them, on this condition will i make a covenant with you, that i may thrust out all your right eyes, and lay it for a reproach upon all israel.

ولما سمع سنبلط الحوروني وطوبيا العبد العموني ساءهما مساءة عظيمة لانه جاء رجل يطلب خيرا لبني اسرائيل
when sanballat the horonite, and tobiah the servant, the ammonite, heard of it, it grieved them exceedingly that there was come a man to seek the welfare of the children of israel.

وصعد ناحاش العموني ونزل على يابيش جلعاد. فقال جميع اهل يابيش لناحاش اقطع لنا عهدا فنستعبد لك.
then nahash the ammonite came up, and encamped against jabesh-gilead: and all the men of jabesh said unto nahash, make a covenant with us, and we will serve thee.

ولما سمع سنبلّط الحوروني وطوبيا العبد العموني وجشم العربي هزأوا بنا واحتقرونا وقالوا ما هذا الأمر الذي انتم عاملون أعلى الملك تتمردون.
but when sanballat the horonite, and tobiah the servant, the ammonite, and geshem the arabian, heard it, they laughed us to scorn, and despised us, and said, what is this thing that ye do? will ye rebel against the king?
