om partier ofta underkänns skall det anmälda organet avbryta den statistiska kontrollen.
in the event of frequent rejection of lots the notified body shall suspend the statistical verification.

om typen uppfyller bestämmelserna i tsd skall det anmälda organet utfärda ett typkontrollintyg till den sökande.
where the type meets the provisions of the tsi, the notified body shall issue a type-examination certificate to the applicant.

om tillverkaren tillämpar ett certifierat kvalitetsstyrningssystem, skall det anmälda organet beakta detta vid övervakningen.
when the manufacturer operates a certified quality management system, the notified body shall take this into account in the surveillance.

varje anmält organ skall meddela övriga anmälda organ relevant information om typkontrollintyg som har utfärdats, återkallats eller avslagits.

(22) utifrån informationen från förenade kungariket sammanfattar kommissionen beskrivningen av den anmälda åtgärden på följande sätt:
