communautaire handel, aanlanding, invoer, uitvoer, kooien voor mest- of kweekdoeleinden, wederuitvoer en overlading van blauwvintonijn uit het oostelijke deel van de atlantische oceaan en de middellandse zee zonder accurate, volledige en gevalideerde documentatie zoals vereist op grond van deze verordening en iccat-aanbeveling 08-12 betreffende het documentatieprogramma voor de vangst van blauwvintonijn, zijn verboden.
community trade, landing, imports, exports, placing in cages for fattening or farming, re-exports and transhipments of eastern atlantic and mediterranean bluefin tuna that are not accompanied by accurate, complete and validated documentation required by this regulation and by iccat recommendation 08-12 on a bluefin tuna catch documentation programme shall be prohibited.
