the following shall be accepted as returned goods:

toll võib reimportimistolliasutuses paluda asjaomasel isikul esitada lisatõendeid, eriti tagasitoodavate kaupade tuvastamiseks, kui toll seda vajalikuks peab.
where they consider it necessary, the customs authorities at the customs office of reimportation may ask the person concerned to submit additional evidence, in particular for the purposes of identification of the returned goods.

neid kaupu võib tagasitoodavate kaupadena aktsepteerida artiklis 30 sätestatud piires, isegi kui ata-märmiku kehtivusaeg on lõppenud.
these goods may be accepted as returned goods within the limits laid down by article 30, even when the validity of the ata carnet has expired.

kui viimati osutatud summa ületab selle summa, millega maksustatakse tagasitoodavate kaupade laskmine vabasse ringlusse, siis tagasimakseid ei tehta.
should the latter amount exceed that levied on the entry for free circulation of returned goods, no refund shall be granted.

the value of returned goods shall be considered not to be higher, as a result of the operation which they have undergone, than their value at the time of export from the other part of the customs union, when the operation does not exceed that which is strictly necessary to enable them to continue to be used in the same way as at that time.

b) tagasitoodavate kaupade väärtust tehtud toimingu tulemusel ei käsitleta suuremana kui nende väärtust sel ajal, kui need eksporditi teisest tolliliidu osast, kui kõnealuse toimingu käigus piirduti rangelt sellega, mida oli vaja, et võimaldada jätkata nende kaupade kasutamist samamoodi nagu sel ajal.
