only 6 of those organisations succeeded in submitting a report in accordance with the timetable, but despite this, by the end of september 2007 we had received 20 reports.

we are pleased that the wldo is monitoring the development of a bilingual website and is gathering feedback, but by now we were expecting a much greater development, and the college needs to take the necessary steps to reach the target.

tra bod mwyafrif helaeth y sefydliadau wedi llwyddo i gyflwyno data ar y dangosydd cwynion, mae’n destun pryder sylweddol i’r bwrdd nad oedd pob sefydliad yn gallu gwneud hynny ar gyfer 06/07. o’r holl ddangosyddion iaith, hwn yw’r un roeddem yn disgwyl i bob sefydliad allu adrodd arno’n llawn ar gyfer y cyfnod.
whilst the vast majority of organisations succeeded in submitting data on the complaints indicator, it is a subject of considerable concern to the board that not every organisation could do so for 06/07. of all the language indicators, this was the one on which we expected every organisation could report fully for the period in question.
