kuma ba mu aika wani manzo ba fãce da harshen mutãnensa dõmin ya bayyanã musu. sa'an nan allah ya ɓatar da wanda yake so kuma ya shiryar da wanda yake so, kuma shĩ ne mabuwãyi, mai hikima.
and we did not send any apostle but with the language of his people, so that he might explain to them clearly; then allah makes whom he pleases err and he guides whom he pleases and he is the mighty, the wise.

kuma ba mu sanya alƙibla wadda ka kasance a kanta ba, fãce dõmin mu san wanda yake biyar manzo daga wanda yake jũyãwa a kan duga-dugansa. kuma lalle ne, tã kasance haƙĩƙa, mai girma, sai a kan waɗanda allah ya shiryar.
and so it is that we have made you the best nation* for you are witnesses** against mankind, and the noble messenger is your guardian and your witness; and (o dear prophet mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) we had appointed the qiblah which you formerly observed only to see (test) who follows the noble messenger, and who turns away; and it was indeed hard except for those whom allah guided; and it does not befit allah’s majesty to waste your faith!
