„koudstartinrichting” een voorziening die het brandstof/luchtmengsel van de motor tijdelijk verrijkt om het starten te vergemakkelijken;
‘cold start device’ means a device which enriches the air/fuel mixture of the engine temporarily, to assist starting;

„koudstartinrichting”: een inrichting die tijdelijk de hoeveelheid aan de motor geleverde brandstof verhoogt en die bedoeld is om het starten van de motor te vergemakkelijken;
‘cold-start device’ means a device which by its operation temporarily increases the amount of fuel supplied to the engine and is intended to facilitate starting of the engine;

bij een ingeschakelde koudstartinrichting blijft de lichtabsorptiecoëfficiënt van de gassen die bij constant toerental door de motor worden uitgestoten, en gemeten volgens de in bijlage 4 beschreven procedure, binnen de in bijlage 7 vermelde grenzen;
