the ecb’s decision granting the manufacturer environmental accreditation shall clearly identify:

environmental accreditation shall be granted to a manufacturer for 3 years, subject to any decision taken pursuant to article 13 or 14.

if the ecb rejects the request for environmental accreditation, the manufacturer may initiate the review procedure laid down in article 15.

een producent kan milieuaccreditatie worden verleend voor een productieactiviteit t.a.v. eurobankbiljetten mits hij voldoet aan alle volgende voorwaarden:
a manufacturer may be granted environmental accreditation for a euro banknote production activity provided that it fulfils all of the following conditions:

de milieuaccreditatie van de producent is ingetrokken en de in het intrekkingsbesluit vermelde periode waarin het verboden is een nieuwe aanvraag in te dienen, is niet verstreken;
the environmental accreditation of the manufacturer has been revoked and the period of prohibition on reapplication specified in the revocation decision has not elapsed;

een producent die een productieactiviteit t.a.v. eurobankbiljetten wil uitvoeren, dient een schriftelijk verzoek in bij de ecb om de procedure voor milieuaccreditatie te starten.
a manufacturer that wishes to carry out a euro banknote production activity shall make a written request to the ecb to initiate the environmental accreditation procedure.

dat met betrekking tot elke productielocatie de productieactiviteit t.a.v. eurobankbiljetten vermeldt waarvoor milieuaccreditatie en gezondheids- en veiligheidsaccreditatie zijn verleend;
indicating in respect of each manufacturing site the euro banknote production activity for which environmental and health and safety accreditation has been granted;

elke verandering die optreedt nadat milieuaccreditatie en gezondheids- en veiligheidsaccreditatie zijn verleend, en die de naleving van de vereisten voor milieuaccreditatie en gezondheids- en veiligheidsaccreditatie beïnvloedt of kan beïnvloeden;
any change that occurs after environmental and health and safety accreditation has been granted that affects, or may affect, the fulfilment of the requirements for environmental and health and safety accreditation;

de directie kan besluiten de bevoegdheden tot verlening en vernieuwing van milieuaccreditatie en gezondheids- en veiligheidsaccreditatie overeenkomstig artikelen 6 en 8 te subdelegeren aan een of meer van haar leden.”.
the executive board may decide to sub-delegate the powers to grant and renew environmental and health and safety accreditation pursuant to articles 6 and 8 to one or more of its members.’.

de directie is bevoegd om alle besluiten te nemen met betrekking tot de milieuaccreditatie en gezondheids- en veiligheidsaccreditatie van een producent overeenkomstig artikel 2, lid 3 van besluit ecb/2011/8 en met betrekking tot de kwaliteitsaccreditatie overeenkomstig artikel 2, lid 4 van besluit ecb/2010/22 (hierna gezamenlijk de: „accreditaties”), alsook met betrekking tot de subdelegatie van bevoegdheden tot accreditatieverlening, -vernieuwing of -verlenging aan één of meerdere van haar leden.
the executive board is competent to take all decisions relating to a manufacturer’s environmental and health and safety accreditation in accordance with article 2(3) of decision ecb/2011/8 and quality accreditation in accordance with article 2(4) of decision ecb/2010/22 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ‘accreditations’) as well as to sub-delegate the powers to grant, renew or extend accreditations to one or more of its members.
