thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for i the lord thy god am a jealous god, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

non adorabis deos eorum nec coles eos non facies opera eorum sed destrues eos et confringes statuas eoru
thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images.

non adorabis ea et non coles ego enim sum dominus deus tuus deus aemulator reddens iniquitatem patrum super filios in tertiam et quartam generationem his qui oderunt m

et perire faciam sculptilia tua et statuas tuas de medio tui et non adorabis ultra opera manuum tuaru
and i will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers:

et aures tuae audient verbum post tergum monentis haec via ambulate in ea neque ad dexteram neque ad sinistra
and thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, this is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
