patient has organisms cultured from vertebral disc space tissue obtained during a surgical operation or needle aspiration

kaulu formveide ārpus starpskriemeļu diska telpas nav vēlama, jo tāda iejaukšanās var kaitīgi ietekmēt lokālās neirovaskulārās struktūras.
bone formation outside the intervertebral disc space is not desirable as it may have a deleterious impact on local neurovascular structures.

pacientam ir drudzis (> 38 °c) bez cita zināma cēloņa un sāpes skartajā starpskriemeļu diskā
