baqala ukucamanga ababhali nabafarisi, besithi, ngubani na lo uthetha izinyeliso? ngubani na onako ukuxolela izono, ingenguye uthixo yedwa?
and the scribes and the pharisees began to reason, saying, who is this which speaketh blasphemies? who can forgive sins, but god alone?

kothi, xa bathe bafunyanwa bububi obuninzi naziimbandezelo, isuke le ngoma iphendule phambi kwabo, ibe lingqina: kuba ayisayi kulityalwa imke emlonyeni wembewu yabo; kuba ndiyakwazi ukucamanga kwabo abakwenzayo namhla, ndingekabangenisi nje’kwelo zwe ndifunge ngalo.
and it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this song shall testify against them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for i know their imagination which they go about, even now, before i have brought them into the land which i sware.
