မာနော်ကလည်း၊ ငါတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်ကို မြင်သောကြောင့်၊ ဆက်ဆက်သေတော့မည်ဟု မယားအား ပြောသော်၊

and they reasoned among themselves, saying, it is because we have taken no bread.
တပည့်တော်တို့ကလည်း၊ ငါတို့၌ မုန့်မပါသောကြောင့် ဤစကားကိုမိန့်တော်မူသည်ဟု အချင်းချင်း ဆွေးနွေးပြောဆိုကြ၏။

we know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. he that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
ငါတို့သည် ညီအစ်ကိုချင်းတို့ကို ချစ်သောကြောင့်၊ သေခြင်းမှ အသက်ရှင်ခြင်းသို့ ကိုယ်ကူးမြောက် သည်ကို ကိုယ်သိရကြ၏။ မိမိ ညီအစ်ကိုကို မချစ်သောသူသည် သေခြင်း၌တည်၏။

for now they shall say, we have no king, because we feared not the lord; what then should a king do to us?
ငါတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မကြောက်ရွံ့သော ကြောင့် ရှင်ဘုရင်မရှိ။ ရှင်ဘုရင်ရှိသော်လည်း၊ ငါတို့အဘို့ အဘယ်သို့ ပြုနိုင်မည်နည်းဟု ချက်ခြင်း ဆိုရကြမည်။

now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: we have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the majesty in the heavens;
ယခုဆိုခဲ့ပြီးသော အကြောင်းအရာတို့၏ အချုပ်အခြာဟူမူကား၊ ထိုသို့သော ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်မင်းသည် ငါတို့၌ရှိ၏။ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ တန်ခိုးအာနုဘော်တော်၏ ပလ္လင်လက်ျာဘက်မှာ ထိုင်နေတော်မူ၏။

for a voice of wailing is heard out of zion, how are we spoiled! we are greatly confounded, because we have forsaken the land, because our dwellings have cast us out.
နားထောင်ကြ။ ဇိအုန်မြို့၌ ကြားရသော ငိုကြွေးသံဟူမူကား၊ ငါတို့သည် အဘယ်မျှလောက် လုယူ ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းကိုခံရသည်တကား။ သူတပါးတို့သည် ငါတို့ နေရာများကို ဖြိုချသောကြောင့်၊ ငါတို့သည် ကိုယ်ပြည်ကို စွန့်၍ အလွန်မိန်းမောတွေဝေကြသည်တကား။

and the children of israel cried unto the lord, saying, we have sinned against thee, both because we have forsaken our god, and also served baalim.
ထိုအခါ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့က၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပြစ်မှားပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဘုရားသခင်ကို စွန့်၍၊ ဗာလဘုရားတို့ကို ဝတ်ပြုမိပါပြီဟု ထာဝရဘုရားအား ဟစ်ကြော်ကြ၏။

and they cried unto the lord, and said, we have sinned, because we have forsaken the lord, and have served baalim and ashtaroth: but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.
တဖန်သူတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရားအား အော်ဟစ်လျက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို စွန့်၍၊ ဗာလ ဘုရားနှင့် အာရှတရက်ဘုရားတို့ကို ဝတ်ပြုသဖြင့် ပြစ်မှားပါပြီ။ သို့ရာတွင် ရန်သူလက်မှ ကယ်ချွတ် တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဝတ်ပြုပါမည်ဟု လျှောက်ကြသောအခါ၊-

why do we sit still? assemble yourselves, and let us enter into the defenced cities, and let us be silent there: for the lord our god hath put us to silence, and given us water of gall to drink, because we have sinned against the lord.
ငါတို့သည် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ထိုင်လျက်နေကြ သနည်း။ စုဝေးကြကုန်အံ့၊ ခိုင်ခံ့သော မြို့များအထဲသို့ ဝင်၍ တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာ နေကြကုန်အံ့။ ငါတို့သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ပြစ်မှားသောကြောင့်၊ ငါတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့ကို တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေစေ၍၊ ဆေးခါးနှင့် ရောသော ရေကိုတိုက်တော်မူ၏။ ငါတို့သည် ချမ်းသာရေကို တိုက်တော်မူ၏။

yea, all israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of moses the servant of god, because we have sinned against him.
အကယ်စင်စစ် ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့ သည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အသံကို နားမထောင်၊ လွှဲသွား၍ ပညတ်တရားတော်ကို လွန်ကျူးကြပါပြီ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပြစ်မှားသော အပြစ်ကြောင့်၊ ကျိန်ဆိုတော် မူခြင်းတည်းဟူသော ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကျွန်မောရှေ၏ ပညတ္တိကျမ်း၌ မှတ်သားသော အကျိန်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အပေါ်သို့ သွန်းလောင်းတော်မူ၏။

let us pass, i pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king's highway, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy borders.
ကိုယ်တော့်ပြည်အလယ်၌ရှောက်၍ သွားပါရ စေ။ လယ်ယာများ၊ စပျစ်ဥယျာဉ်များကို မနင်းပါ။ တွင်း ရေကိုလည်း မသောက်ပါ။ ကိုယ်တော့်ပြည်နယ်ကို မလွန် မှီတိုင်အောင်၊ လက်ျာဘက်၊ လက်ဝဲဘက်သို့ မလွှဲ၊ မင်း လမ်းသို့သာ ရှောက်လိုက်ပါမည်ဟု တောင်းပန်စေ၏။
