အို ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးလော့။ ကျေးဇူးတော်အပေါင်းကို မမေ့လျော့နှင့်။

bless the lord, o my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
အို ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကောင်းကြီးပေး လော့။ ငါ၏ အထဲမှာ ရှိသမျှတို့၊ သန့်ရှင်းသော နာမတော် ကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးကြလော့။

bless the lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the lord, o my soul.

unto thee, o lord, do i lift up my soul.
အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် တသလျက်နေပါ၏။

အို ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကောင်းကြီးပေး လော့။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ် တော်သည် အလွန်ကြီးမြတ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုန်းတန်ခိုးအာနု ဘော်နှင့် တန်ဆာဆင်တော်မူ၏။

praise ye the lord. praise the lord, o my soul.
အိုငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုချီးမွမ်းလော့။

my soul hath kept thy testimonies; and i love them exceedingly.
သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ဝိညာဉ် သည် စောင့်ပါ၏။ အလွန်နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။

and saith unto them, my soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death: tarry ye here, and watch.
ထိုအခါ ငါသည်သေလောက်အောင်စိတ်နှလုံး အလွန်ညှိုးငယ်ခြင်းရှိ၏။ ဤအရပ်၌ စောင့်နေကြလော့ ဟု တပည့်တော်သုံးယောက်တို့အား မိန့်တော်မူ၍၊

gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:
ပြစ်မှားသောသူတို့နှင့်အတူ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဝိညာဉ် ကို၎င်း၊ လူအသက်ကိုသတ်သော သူတို့နှင့်အတူ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက်ကို၎င်း ချုပ်ထားတော်မမူပါနှင့်။

and thou hast removed my soul far off from peace: i forgat prosperity.
ငါ၏ဝိညာဉ်ကို ချမ်းသာနှင့်ဝေးစွာ ရွေ့တော်မူ သောကြောင့်၊ ငါသည် မင်္ဂလာအကြောင်းကို မေ့လျော့ ၏။

and i will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
ငါသည် စက်ဆုပ်ရွံရှာခြင်းမရှိဘဲ သင်တို့တွင် တဲတော်ကို တည်မည်။

and my soul shall be joyful in the lord: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်၊ ငါ၏ဝိညာဉ်သည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို အမှီပြု၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းရှိလိမ့်မည်။ ကယ်တင်တော်မူ ခြင်းအကြောင်းကိုလည်း အမှီပြု၍ စိတ်ရွှင်လန်းမြူးထူး ခြင်းရှိလိမ့်မည်။

as the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, o god.
သမင် ဒရယ်သည် ရေစီးသော ချောင်းကို တောင့်တသကဲ့သို့၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဝိညာဉ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို တောင့်တပါသည်ဘုရား။

and the king sware, and said, as the lord liveth, that hath redeemed my soul out of all distress,
ရှင်ဘုရင်ကလည်း၊ ငါ့အသက်ဝိညာဉ်ကို ခပ် သိမ်းသော ဒုက္ခထဲက ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူသော ထာဝရ ဘုရား အသက်ရှင်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊

and of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for i am thy servant.
ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူတို့ကို ပယ်ရှင်း၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသော သူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျွန်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။

as god liveth, who hath taken away my judgment; and the almighty, who hath vexed my soul;
ငါ့ကိုအမှုရှုံးစေတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်၊ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲတော်မူသော အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်သည် အသက်ရှင်တော်မူသည် မှန်လျှင်၊

be thou instructed, o jerusalem, lest my soul depart from thee; lest i make thee desolate, a land not inhabited.
အိုယေရုရှလင်မြို့၊ ဆုံးမခြင်းကို ခံလော့။ သို့မဟုတ်၊ သင့်ကို ငါရွံရှာမည်။ သင့်ကိုပယ်ရှင်း၍ လူဆိတ်ညံရာအရပ် ဖြစ်စေမည်။

arise, o lord, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked, which is thy sword:
အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ထတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့ကို ဆီးတား၍ လှဲချတော်မူပါ။မတရားသောသူတို့လက်မှ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို ထားတော်ဖြင့် ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူပါ။

and he said, bring it near to me, and i will eat of my son's venison, that my soul may bless thee. and he brought it near to him, and he did eat: and he brought him wine, and he drank.
အဘကလည်း၊ ငါ့ထံပါးသို့ သွင်းခဲ့ပါ။ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် သင့်ကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးမည်အကြောင်း၊ ငါ့သား၏ အမဲသားကို ငါစားအံ့ဟုဆိုလျှင်၊ ယာကုပ်သည် အဘထံပါးသို့ သွင်း၍၊ အဘစားလေ၏။ စပျစ်ရည်ကို လည်း ပေး၍ အဘသောက်လေ၏။
