c'est donc à la lumière de ces deux manipulation (juridique, mais aussi sur les fait eux-mêmes) qu'il faut lire l'attitude d'autoflagellation publique du parquet. ne nous y trompons pas, le parquet ne fait pas pour autant montre de ce "désir de repentir" si souvent exigé des prévenus dans les tribunaux, et cela ne l'empèchera pas d'inciter la cour à prononcer une peine qui se voudrait "de principe" dans le but a peine caché d'anticiper des lois sécuritaires en débats actuellement, et de transformer l'"essai malheureux" de criminalisation de l'occupation en jurisprudence délictuelle.
