በእኛ ላይም ከፊልን ቃላት ( ያላልነውን ) በቀጠፈ ኖሮ ፤

ይህንም ሴራ ያደረጉት ሰዎች ከአርባ ይበዙ ነበር፤

if we had so willed we could have made some of you into angels to become your successors on earth .
ብንሻም ኖሮ በምድር ላይ ከእናነተ ምትክ መላእክትን ባደረግን ነበር ፡ ፡

" ah ! would that ( death ) had made an end of me !
« እርሷ ( ሞት ሕይወቴን ) ምነው ፈጻሚ በኾነች ፡ ፡

oh ! would that the death that came to me in the world had made an end of me !
« እርሷ ( ሞት ሕይወቴን ) ምነው ፈጻሚ በኾነች ፡ ፡

see how we have made some of them to excel others , and certainly the hereafter is much superior in respect of excellence .
ከፊላቸውን በከፊሉ ላይ እንዴት እንዳበለጥን ተመልከት ፡ ፡ የመጨረሻያቱም አገር በማዕረጎች በጣም የከበረችና በመብለጥም የተለቀች ናት ፡ ፡

god has made some of you richer than others . the rich ones do not have to give away their property to their slaves to make them equally rich .
አላህም ከፊላችሁን በከፊሉ ላይ በሲሳይ አበለጠ ፡ ፡ እነዚያም በላጭ የተደረጉት ሲሳያቸውን እጆቻቸው በያዙዋቸው ( ባሮች ) ላይ እነሱ በእርሱ ይተካከሉ ዘንድ መላሾች አይደሉም ፡ ፡ ታዲያ በአላህ ጸጋ ( ለእርሱ ተጋሪ በማድረግ ) ይክዳሉን

although they had made a pledged to god , in the past , that they will not turn their backs . a pledge to god is a responsibility .
ጀርባዎችንም ላያዞሩ ከዚያ በፊት በእርግጥ አላህን ቃል ኪዳን የተጋቡ ነበሩ ፡ ፡ የአላህም ቃል ኪዳን የሚጠየቁበት ነው ፡ ፡

and we made some leaders among them , guiding by our command , when they had persevered ; and they used to accept faith in our signs .
በታገሱና በተዓምራቶቻችን የሚያረጋግጡ በሆኑም ጊዜ ከእነርሱ በትዕዛዛችን የሚመሩ መሪዎች አደረግን ፡ ፡

abraham asked forgiveness for his father only because of a promise he had made to him . but when it became clear to him that he was an enemy of god , he disowned him .
የኢብራሂምም ለአባቱ ምሕረትን መለመን ለእርሱ ገብቶለት ለነበረችው ቃል ( ለመሙላት ) እንጂ ለሌላ አልነበረም ፡ ፡ እርሱም የአላህ ጠላት መኾኑ ለእርሱ በተገለጸለት ጊዜ ከርሱ ራቀ ፤ ( ተወው ) ፡ ፡ ኢብራሂም በእርግጥ በጣም ርኅሩኅ ታጋሽ ነውና ፡ ፡

[ this is a declaration of ] disassociation , from allah and his messenger , to those with whom you had made a treaty among the polytheists .
( ይህች ) ከአላህና ከመልክተኛው ወደእነዚያ ቃል ኪዳን ወደ ተጋባችኋቸው አጋሪዎች የምትደርስ ንጽሕና ናት ፡ ፡

abraham s pleading forgiveness ’ for his father was only to fulfill a promise he had made him . so when it became manifest to him that he was an enemy of god , he repudiated him .
የኢብራሂምም ለአባቱ ምሕረትን መለመን ለእርሱ ገብቶለት ለነበረችው ቃል ( ለመሙላት ) እንጂ ለሌላ አልነበረም ፡ ፡ እርሱም የአላህ ጠላት መኾኑ ለእርሱ በተገለጸለት ጊዜ ከርሱ ራቀ ፤ ( ተወው ) ፡ ፡ ኢብራሂም በእርግጥ በጣም ርኅሩኅ ታጋሽ ነውና ፡ ፡

all the messengerss whom we sent before , certainly , ate food and walked through the streets . we have made some of you ( people ) a trial for the others .
ከአንተ በፊትም ከመልክተኞች እነሱ በእርግጥ ምግብን የሚበሉ በገበያዎችም የሚኼዱ ኾነው በስተቀር አልላክንም ፡ ፡ ከፊላችሁንም ለከፊሉ ፈተና አድርገናል ፡ ፡ ትታገሳላችሁን ጌታህም ተመልካች ነው ፡ ፡

those of you who fled on the day when the two hosts met , only satan had made them stumble because of some of their deeds . certainly , allah has excused them , for allah is all-forgiving , all-forbearing .
እነዚያ ሁለቱ ጭፍሮች በተገናኙ ቀን ከእናንተ የሸሹት ሰዎች በዚያ በሠሩት ከፊል ምክንያት ያሳሳታቸው ሰይጣን ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም ከነሱ በእርግጥ ይቅር አለ ፡ ፡ አላህ መሓሪ በቅጣት የማይቸኩል ነውና ፡ ፡

" o our lord ! i have made some of my offspring to dwell in a valley without cultivation , by thy sacred house ; in order , o our lord , that they may establish regular prayer : so fill the hearts of some among men with love towards them , and feed them with fruits : so that they may give thanks .
« ጌታችን ሆይ ! እኔ አዝመራ በሌለው ሸለቆ ውስጥ በተከበረው ቤት ( በካዕባ ) አጠገብ ከዘሮቼ አስቀመጥኩ ፡ ፡ ጌታችን ሆይ ! ሶላትን ያቋቁሙ ዘንድ ( አስቀመጥኳቸው ) ፡ ፡ ከሰዎችም ልቦችን ወደእነሱ የሚናፍቁ አድርግ ፡ ፡ ያመሰግኑህም ዘንድ ከፍሬዎች ስጣቸው ፡ ፡
