from our mercy we gave him, his brother aaron, a prophet.
kuma muka yi masa kyauta daga rahamarmu da ɗan'uwansa hãrũna, ya zama annabi.

and with our mercy we bestowed upon him his brother haroon, a prophet.
kuma muka yi masa kyauta daga rahamarmu da ɗan'uwansa hãrũna, ya zama annabi.

out of our mercy we gave him his brother aaron who himself was a prophet.
kuma muka yi masa kyauta daga rahamarmu da ɗan'uwansa hãrũna, ya zama annabi.

and, out of our mercy, we gave him his brother aaron, (also) a prophet.

if you forgive us not, and bestow not upon us your mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers."
kuma idan ba ka gãfarta mana ba, kuma ka yi mana rahama, haƙĩƙa, munã kasancẽwa daga mãsu hasãra."

then we saved him and those who were with him, by our mercy; we annihilated those who denied our signs and would not believe.

then we sent our other messengers to follow their traditions. after them we sent jesus, the son of mary, to whom we gave the gospel. in the hearts of his followers we placed compassion and mercy. we did not command them to lead the monastic life. this was their own method of seeking the pleasure of god. despite this intention, they did not properly observe it (the monastic life). to the believers among them, we gave their reward but many of them are evil-doers.
sa'an nan muka biyar a bãyansu da manzanninmu; kuma muka biyar da ĩsã ɗan maryama, kuma muka ba shi linjila kuma muka sanya tausayi da rahama a cikin zukãtan waɗanda suka bĩ shi, da ruhbãnanci wanda suka ƙãga, shi, ba mu rubũta shi ba a kansu, fãce dai (mun rubũta musu nẽman yardar allah, sa'an nan ba su tsare shi haƙƙin tsarẽwarsa ba, sabõda haka muka bai wa waɗanda suka yi ĩmãni daga cikinsu sakamakonsu kuma mãsu yawa daga cikinsu fãsiƙai ne.
