Соҳибони он танҳо парҳезгоронанд, ва ле бештаринашон намедонанд!

"go you in unto the males of the 'alamin (mankind),
Чаро аз миёни мардуми ҷаҳон бо мардон меомезед?

most of the former peoples went astray before them,
Ва пеш аз онҳо бештар пешиниён гумроҳ шуданд.

and certainly most of the ancients went astray before them,
Ва пеш аз онҳо бештар пешиниён гумроҳ шуданд.

and verily most of the men of old went astray before them,
Ва пеш аз онҳо бештар пешиниён гумроҳ шуданд.

and indeed most of the men of old went astray before them;
Ва пеш аз онҳо бештар пешиниён гумроҳ шуданд.

and indeed before them, most of the former people went astray.
Ва пеш аз онҳо бештар пешиниён гумроҳ шуданд.

Худо ба мардум неъмат медиҳад, вале бештари мардум шукри неъмат ба ҷой намеоваранд!

and most of the people, although you strive [for it], are not believers.
Ҳарчанд ту ба имонашон ҳарис бошӣ, бештари мардум имон намеоваранд!

how many did we destroy before them of the generations, then they cried while the time of escaping had passed away.
Чӣ бисёр мардумеро, ки пеш аз онҳо ба ҳалокат расонидем. Онон фарёд мебароварданд, вале гурезгоҳе набуд.

in this there is evidence (of the truth), yet most of them do not have any faith.
Пас дурӯғаш бароварданд ва Мо ононро ҳалок кардем. Албатта дар ин ибратест ва бештаринашон имон наёварданд!
