дар сояе аз дуди сиёҳ

Ва саранҷоми нек аз они парҳезгорон аст.

and the partitioners,
ва савганд ба фариштагоне, ки тақсимкунандаи корҳоянд,

and the book written
ва қасам ба китоби навишташуда,

and the elevated roof.
ва қасам ба ин, сақфи барафрошта (осмон)

and the elevated canopy
ва қасам ба ин, сақфи барафрошта (осмон)

and the frequented house.
ва қасам ба байтулмаъмур

and the brooding night!
ва савганд ба шаб, чун бипӯшад (бо торикии худ атрофро),

the shadows and the light,
ва торикиву равшанӣ

and the forerunners, the forerunners.
Севумини онҳо, ки пешқадаму пешдаст буданд ва инак пеш раводанд (дар ҷаннат).

he who surrenders himself to allah and is a good doer, has grasped the firmest handle. to allah the issue of affairs return.
Ҳар кӣ рӯи худ ба Худо кунад ва некӯкор бошад, албатта ба дастгираи устуворе ҷанг задааст ва поёни ҳамаи корҳо ба сӯи Худост!

and unto allah prostrateth himself whosoever is in the heavens and the earth, willingly or of constraint, and also thir shadows in the moring and the evenings.
Хоҳу нохоҳ барои Худованд саҷда мекунанд ҳамаи онҳо, ки дар осмонҳову заминанд ва сояҳояшон низ бомдодону шомгоҳон ба саҷда меоянд. (Саҷда).

all in the heavens and the earth prostrate themselves before god, either of their own free will or by force, just as do their shadows in the mornings and evenings.
Хоҳу нохоҳ барои Худованд саҷда мекунанд ҳамаи онҳо, ки дар осмонҳову заминанд ва сояҳояшон низ бомдодону шомгоҳон ба саҷда меоянд. (Саҷда).

and whosoever submits his will to god, being a good-doer, has laid hold of the most firm handle; and unto god is the issue of all affairs.
Ҳар кӣ рӯи худ ба Худо кунад ва некӯкор бошад, албатта ба дастгираи устуворе ҷанг задааст ва поёни ҳамаи корҳо ба сӯи Худост!

and whoever is in the heavens and the earth makes obeisance to allah only, willingly and unwillingly, and their shadows too at morn and eve.
Хоҳу нохоҳ барои Худованд саҷда мекунанд ҳамаи онҳо, ки дар осмонҳову заминанд ва сояҳояшон низ бомдодону шомгоҳон ба саҷда меоянд. (Саҷда).

praise belongs to god who created the heavens and the earth and appointed the shadows and light; then the unbelievers ascribe equals to their lord.
Ситоиш аз они Худовандест, ки осмонҳову заминро биёфарид ва торикиҳову рӯшноиро падидор кард, бо ин ҳама кофирон бо Парвардигори хеш дигареро баробар медоранд.

and unto allah falleth prostrate whosoever is in the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly, as do their shadows in the morning and the evening hours.
Хоҳу нохоҳ барои Худованд саҷда мекунанд ҳамаи онҳо, ки дар осмонҳову заминанд ва сояҳояшон низ бомдодону шомгоҳон ба саҷда меоянд. (Саҷда).

and bid thy family to pray, and be thou patient in it; we ask of thee no provision, but it is we who provide thee and the issue ultimate is to godfearing.
Касони худро ба намоз фармон деҳ ва худ дар он кор босабр бош. Аз ту рӯзӣ намехоҳем.

if you should quarrel on anything, refer it to god and the messenger, if you believe in god and the last day; that is better, and fairer in the issue.
Ва чун дар коре ихтилоф кардед, агар ба Худову рӯзи қиёмат имон доред, ба Худову паёмбар руҷӯъ кунед. Дар ин хайри шумост ва саранҷоме беҳтар дорад.
