Ва паёмбароне, ки пеш аз ин достонҳояшонро барои ту гуфтаем ва онон, ки достонҳояшонро барои ту нагуфтаем.

we told you that your lord encompasses mankind.
Ва он гоҳ ки туро гуфтем: «Парвардигорат бар ҳамаи мардум иҳота дорад».

we have already told you what we have forbidden the jews.
Ва бар яҳудиён он чиро, ки пеш аз ин барои ту ҳикоят кардем, ҳаром карда будем.

and the lord said to them: "did i not forbid you this tree? and i told you that satan was your open enemy.
Парпардигорашон нидо кард: «Оё шуморо аз он дарахт манъ накарда будам ва нагуфта будам, ки шайтон ба ошкоро душмани шумост?»

surely we have sent apostles before you, some of whose account we have related to you, and that of some we have not told you.
Пеш аз ту паёмбароне фиристодаем. Достони баъзеро бароят гуфтаем ва достони баъзеро нагуфтаем.

(muhammad), we told you that your lord has encompassed all mankind.
Ва он гоҳ ки туро гуфтем: «Парвардигорат бар ҳамаи мардум иҳота дорад».

(he will be told), "you were completely heedless of this day.
Ту аз ин ғофил будӣ.

(they will be told), "you will certainly suffer the painful torment
Шумо азоби дардоварро хоҳед чашид!

(they will be told): “you shall taste the grievous chastisement.
Шумо азоби дардоварро хоҳед чашид!

(we told you), "if you do good, it will be for your own benefit, but if you do bad, it will be against your souls.
Агар некӣ кунед, ба худ мекунед ва агар бадӣ кунед, ба худ мекунед.

Барои шумо аз худатон мисоле меоварад: магар бандагонатон дар он чӣ ба шумо рӯзӣ додаем, бо шумо шарик ҳастанд, то дар мол бо шумо баробар бошанд ва ҳамчунон ки шумо озодон аз якдигар метарсед, аз онҳо ҳам бимнок бошед?

then when he told her (hafsah) thereof, she said: "who told you this?"
Чун ӯро аз он хабар дод, гуфт: «Чӣ касе туро аз ин моҷаро огоҳ кардааст?»

and on the day when the unbelievers will be exposed to the fire, they will be told: “you have exhausted your share of the bounties in the life of the world, and you took your fill of enjoyments.
Ва рӯзе, ки кофиронро бар оташ арза кунанд: дар зиндагии дунявӣ аз чизҳои покиза ва хуш баҳраманд шудед, имрӯз ба азоби хори ҷазоятон медиҳанд.

and [remember, o muhammad], when we told you, "indeed, your lord has encompassed the people."
Ва он гоҳ ки туро гуфтем: «Парвардигорат бар ҳамаи мардум иҳота дорад».

we have told you the stories of those towns: their messengers came to them with clear signs, but they were never going to believe in something they had already rejected.
Инхо деҳаҳоест, ки мо ахборашонро бар ту ҳиконт кунем. Паёмбаронашон бо далелҳои равшан омаданд.

"taste it," (they will be told). "you were indeed the mighty and noble!
Бичаш, ки ту ғолибу бузуррворӣ!

the day when the faithless are exposed to the fire, [they will be told,] ‘you have exhausted your good things in the life of the world and enjoyed them.
Ва рӯзе, ки кофиронро бар оташ арза кунанд: дар зиндагии дунявӣ аз чизҳои покиза ва хуш баҳраманд шудед, имрӯз ба азоби хори ҷазоятон медиҳанд.
