(நபியே!) உமக்கு முன்னர் நாம் அனுப்பிய ஒவ்வொரு தூதரிடமும்; "நிச்சயமாக (வணக்கத்திற்குரிய) நாயன் என்னைத் தவிர வேறு எவருமில்லை எனவே, என்னையே நீங்கள் வணங்குங்கள்" என்று நாம் வஹீ அறிவிக்காமலில்லை.

உலகத்தார் யாவரையும் அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்வதற்காக (சத்தியத்தையும், அசத்தியத்தையும் தெளிவாகப்) பிரித்தறிவிக்கும் இவ்வேதத்தைத் தன் அடியார் மீது இறக்கியவன் மிக்க பாக்கியமுடையவன்.

and we have not sent you but to all the men as a bearer of good news and as a warner, but most men do not know.
இன்னும், (நபியே!) நாம் உம்மை மனித குலம் முழுமைக்கும் நன்மாராயங் கூறுபவராகவும் அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்பவராகவுமே யன்றி (வேறெவ்வாரும்) அனுப்பவில்லை ஆனால் மனிதர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் (இதை) அறியமாட்டார்கள்.

and proclaim the hajj to all the people: they will come to you on foot and on lean camels, coming from distant places,
ஹஜ்ஜை பற்றி மக்களுக்கு அறிவிப்பீராக! அவர்கள் நடந்தும் வெகு தொலைவிலிருந்து வரும் மெலிந்த ஒட்டகங்களின் மீதும் உம்மிடம் வருவார்கள் (எனக் கூறினோம்).
