se poi, ad esempio, sentiamo dire per di più che, come oggi in austria, il ministro delle finanze parla di invertire l' onere della prova in caso di sospetto di evasione fiscale, si riesce a stento ad immaginare l' aggravio che ciò costituirebbe per le nostre piccole e medie imprese, nonché le cifre astronomiche in termini di disoccupazione che ciò comporterebbe in europa.

as usual, on this day i try to think aloud about the current "state of the world". however, reading again what i wrote last year, i now see that i don't have much to add that's new.
