if the wheel-lock sequence test confirms that the front wheels lock before or simultaneously with the rear wheels, conformity with paragraph 3 of this annex has been verified and testing is complete.

på sådana fordon ska varje enskild axel som inte innehåller minst ett direkt styrt hjul uppfylla villkoren för friktionsutnyttjandet och hjullåsningssekvensen i bilaga 5 till dessa föreskrifter i stället för de krav för friktionsutnyttjandet som föreskrivs i punkt 5.2 i denna bilaga.
on such vehicles, any individual axle which does not include at least one directly controlled wheel must fulfil the conditions of adhesion utilization and the wheel-locking sequence of annex 5 to this regulation, instead of the adhesion utilization requirements prescribed in paragraph 5.2 of this annex.
