die methode zur vorbeugung und behandlung von diabetes mellitus durch einwirkung des blauen lichtspektrums auf den patienten und als teil einer komplexen therapie wird wie folgt eingesetzt: der patient, ohne sichtbare schädigung der haut, lässt mittels des geräts für hydromassage und lichteinwirkung "avers-dusche", das über monochromatische strahlungsquellen im blauen lichtspektrum mit wellenlängen von 440–470 nm, einer strahlungsleistungsdichte von 50–300 õ 10ˉ³ w/cm² und einer resonanzfrequenz von 50 hz verfügt, täglich morgens und abends 10–12 minuten, licht auf alle körperteile einwirken, wobei das gerät für lichteinwirkung 3–5 cm von der haut entfernt gehalten wird.
a method for prophylactics and treatment of diabetes mellitus through making effect on the patient by blue spectrum light and as a part of combined therapy is implemented as follows: without visible damages of the skin a patient makes effect on all of his/her body parts by means of a hydro massage and light effect device “avers-douche” having monochromatic emitters of blue light with wavelengths 440 – 470 nm, emission power density 50 – 300 x 10-3 w/cm2 and resonance frequency 50 hz during 10 – 12 minutes daily in the mornings and in the evenings while keeping the light effect device at a distance of 3 – 5 cm from the skin surface.
