am 26. oktober befand die kommission, daß die niederländische vereinigung der großhandelsunternehmen für elektrotechnisches installationsmaterial, die nederlandse federatieve vereniging voor de groothandel op elektrotechnisch gebied (feg), sowie ihr größtes mitglied, technische unie (tu), den wettbewerb durch eine kollektive ausschließlichkeitsregelung in verbindung mit einem system der preiskoordinierung auf dem niederländischen handelsmarkt für elektrotechnisches installationsmaterial eingeschränkt haben.
