nimekufikishieni ujumbe wa mola mlezi wangu, na nimekunasihini; basi vipi niwahuzunikie watu makafiri?

then he turned away from them and said: o my people i did certainly deliver to you the message of my lord, and i gave you good advice, but you do not love those who give good advice.
basi saleh akwaacha na akasema: enyi watu wangu! nilikufikishieni ujumbe wa mola wangu mlezi, na nikakunasihini, lakini nyinyi hamwapendi wenye nasaha.

indeed i did deliver my lord’s message to you and gave you sound advice; so why should i grieve for the disbelievers?” (the people in the graves can hear the speech of those who are on earth.)
