dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le premier et/ou le deuxième et/ou le troisième comparateur(s) (123, 140, 139) présente(nt) chacun trois sorties, de configuration telle qu'un signal apparaít à la première sortie lorsque la valeur du signal à la première entrée (a, c, f) est supérieure à la valeur du signal à la deuxième entrée (b, d, e), qu'un signal apparaít à la troisième sortie lorsque le signal à la première entrée (a, c, f) est inférieur au signal à la deuxième entrée (b, d, e), et qu'un signal apparaít à la deuxième sortie lorsque les valeurs de signaux aux entrées (a, b, c, d, e, f) sont identiques, des compteurs de fréquence (124, 125, 126) étant reliés à la sortie du comparateur (123) ou des enregistreurs (123, 140, 139) afin de piloter le circuit de commande (127, 128 ou 129) et de fournir une valeur élevée ou une valeur basse provenant de l'enregistreur (130 ou 131) en fonction de la fréquence des événements se produisant dans les compteurs (124, 125, 126).
