professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
ⲈⲨϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ϨⲀⲚⲤⲀⲂⲈⲨ ⲚⲈⲀⲨⲈⲢⲤⲞϪ.

see then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?
ⲚⲒⲀⲦϨⲎⲦ ⲘⲎ ⲪⲎ ⲀⲚ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲐⲀⲘⲒⲈ ⲤⲀⲂⲞⲖ ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲞⲚ ⲀϤⲐⲀⲘⲒⲈ ⲤⲀϦⲞⲨⲚ.

then he said unto them, o fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ϪⲈ Ⲱ- ⲚⲒⲀⲚⲞⲎⲦⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲈⲦⲞⲤⲔ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲞⲨϨⲎⲦ ⲈⲚⲀϨϮ ⲈϨⲰⲂ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲒⲠⲢⲞⲪⲎⲦⲎⲤ

ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?
ⲚⲒⲤⲞϪ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲘⲂⲈⲖⲖⲈ ⲚⲒⲘ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲦⲞⲒ ⲚⲚⲒϢϮ ⲠⲒⲚⲞⲨⲂ ϢⲀⲚ ⲠⲒⲈⲢⲪⲈⲒ ⲈⲦⲦⲞⲨⲂⲞ ⲘⲠⲒⲚⲞⲨⲂ.

we are fools for christ's sake, but ye are wise in christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.

i say again, let no man think me a fool; if otherwise, yet as a fool receive me, that i may boast myself a little.
