then came she and worshipped him, saying, lord, help me.
ⲚⲐⲞⲤ ⲆⲈ ⲀⲤⲞⲨⲰϢⲦ ⲘⲘⲞϤ ⲈⲤϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲠⲀϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲀⲢⲒⲂⲞⲎⲐⲒⲚ ⲈⲢⲞⲒ.

and they glorified god in me.
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲀⲨϮⲰⲞⲨ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲠⲈ ⲚϦⲢⲎⲒ ⲚϦⲎⲦ.

if ye love me, keep my commandments.
ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲘⲈⲒ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲚⲀⲀⲢⲈϨ ⲈⲚⲀⲈⲚⲦⲞⲖⲎ

he said, bring them hither to me.
ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲆⲈ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ϪⲈ ⲀⲚⲒⲦⲞⲨ ⲚⲎⲒ ⲘⲚⲀⲒ.

do thy diligence to come shortly unto me:
ⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ⲚⲦⲞⲦⲔ ⲈⲒ ϨⲀⲢⲞⲒ ⲚⲬⲰⲖⲈⲘ.

he that hateth me hateth my father also.
ⲪⲎ ⲈⲐⲘⲞⲤϮ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ϤⲘⲞⲤϮ ⲘⲠⲀⲔⲈⲒⲰⲦ.

mine answer to them that do examine me is this,
ⲦⲀⲀⲠⲞⲖⲞⲄⲒⲀ ⲚⲚⲎ ⲈⲦϦⲞⲦϦⲈⲦ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ⲐⲀⲒ ⲦⲈ.

wherefore i beseech you, be ye followers of me.
ϮϮϨⲞ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲢⲰⲦⲈⲚ ϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚⲞⲚⲒ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ.

for the same cause also do ye joy, and rejoice with me.
ϦⲈⲚ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲢⲀϢⲒ ϨⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲢⲒϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲚⲢⲀϢⲒ ⲚⲈⲘⲎⲒ.

wilt thou kill me, as thou diddest the egyptian yesterday?
ⲘⲎ ⲈⲔⲞⲨⲰϢ ⲈϦⲞⲐⲂⲈⲦ ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲘⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲈⲦⲀⲔϦⲰⲦⲈⲂ ⲘⲠⲒⲢⲈⲘⲚⲬⲎⲘⲒ ⲚⲤⲀϤ.

but i said unto you, that ye also have seen me, and believe not.
ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲀⲒϪⲞⲤ ⲚⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚⲚⲀⲨ ⲈⲢⲞⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲚⲀϨϮ ⲀⲚ.

for this thing i besought the lord thrice, that it might depart from me.
ⲀⲒⲦⲰⲂϨ ⲘⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲚⲄ ⲚⲤⲞⲚ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲪⲀⲒ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲦⲈϤϨⲈⲚϤ ⲤⲀⲂⲞⲖ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ.

and i appoint unto you a kingdom, as my father hath appointed unto me;
ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ϨⲰ ϮⲚⲀⲤⲈⲘⲚⲒ ⲚⲈⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲤⲈⲘⲚⲒ ⲚⲈⲘⲎⲒ ⲚϪⲈⲠⲀⲒⲰⲦ ⲚⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦⲞⲨⲢⲞ

and why call ye me, lord, lord, and do not the things which i say?
ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲞⲨ ⲆⲈ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲘⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲢⲞⲒ ϪⲈ ⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲒⲢⲒ ⲀⲚ ⲚⲚⲎ ⲈϮϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ.

but jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?
ⲈⲦⲀϤⲈⲘⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲚϪⲈⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ⲈⲦⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦⲤⲀⲘⲠⲈⲦϨⲰⲞⲨ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ϪⲈ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲞⲨ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚϬⲰⲚⲦ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ⲚⲒϢⲞⲂⲒ.

yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the lord: refresh my bowels in the lord.
ⲀϨⲀ ⲠⲀⲤⲞⲚ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲈⲒⲈⲘⲦⲞⲚ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ⲚϦⲎⲦⲔ ϦⲈⲚⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲘⲀⲘⲦⲞⲚ ⲚⲚⲀⲘⲈⲦϢⲀⲚⲐⲘⲀϦⲦ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ.

and i intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
ⲤⲈ ϮϮϨⲞ ⲈⲢⲞⲔ ϨⲰⲔ ⲠⲒⲤⲰⲦⲠ ⲤⲨⲚⲌⲨⲄⲈ ⲘⲀⲦⲞⲦⲔ ⲚⲈⲘⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲈⲦⲀⲨϬⲒϦⲒⲤⲒ ⲚⲈⲘⲎⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲈⲨⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲒⲞⲚ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲔⲈⲔⲖⲎ ⲘⲈⲚⲦⲞⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲤⲈⲠⲒ ⲚⲚⲀϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲚⲢⲈϤⲈⲢϨⲰⲂ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲠⲞⲨⲢⲀⲚ ⲤϦⲎⲞⲨⲦ ϨⲒ ⲠϪⲰⲘ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲰⲚϦ.

and after they had held their peace, james answered, saying, men and brethren, hearken unto me:
ⲘⲈⲚⲈⲚⲤⲀ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲬⲀⲢⲰⲞⲨ ⲆⲈ ⲀϤⲈⲢⲞⲨⲰ ⲚϪⲈⲒⲀⲔⲰⲂⲞⲤ ⲈϤϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ⲚⲒⲢⲰⲘⲒ ⲚⲈⲚⲤⲚⲎⲞⲨ ⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ⲈⲢⲞⲒ.

he that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.
ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ⲚⲤⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲀϤⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ⲚⲤⲰⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦϢⲰϢ ⲘⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲀϤϢⲰϢ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦϢⲰϢ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ⲘⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲦⲀⲞⲨⲞⲒ.
