በዝርዮቹም ውስጥ ይመለሱ ዘንድ ( ባንድ አምላክ ማመንን ) ቀሪ ቃል አደረጋት ፡ ፡

and thus do we expound the signs that they may turn back ( to the right path ) .
እንደዚሁም ( እንዲያስቡ ) እንዲመለሱም አንቀጾችን እናብራራለን ፡ ፡

that is how we explain our signs distinctly so that they may come back ( to the right path ) .
እንደዚሁም ( እንዲያስቡ ) እንዲመለሱም አንቀጾችን እናብራራለን ፡ ፡

corruption has spread over land and sea from what men have done themselves that they may taste a little of what they have done : they may haply come back ( to the right path ) .
የሰዎች እጆች በሠሩት ኃጢኣት ምክንያት የዚያን የሠሩትን ከፊሉን ያቀምሳቸው ዘንድ መከራው በየብስና በባሕር ተገለጠ ፤ ( ተሰራጨ ) ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ሊመለሱ ይከጀላልና ፡ ፡

how could you turn back to disbelief when the words of god are recited to you and you have in your midst his messenger ? those who seek the protection of god will certainly be guided to the right path .
የአላህም አንቀጾች በእናንተ ላይ የሚነበቡ ሲኾኑ መልክተኛውም በውስጣችሁ ያለ ሲኾን እናንተ እንዴት ትክዳላችሁ በአላህም የሚጠበቅ ሰው ወደ ቀጥተኛው መንገድ በእርግጥ ተመራ ፡ ፡

allah created you , and causes you to die . there are some of you who , after knowing something , will be kept back to the vilest state of life , knowing nothing .
አላህም ፈጠራችሁ ፤ ከዚያም ይገድላችኋል ፡ ፡ ከእናንተም ከዕወቅት በኋላ ምንንም ነገር እንዳያውቅ ወደ ወራዳ ዕድሜ የሚመለስ ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ አላህ ዐዋቂ ቻይ ነው ፡ ፡

( they shall persist in their deeds ) until when death comes to anyone of them he will say : " my lord , send me back to the world
አንዳቸውንም ሞት በመጣበት ጊዜ እንዲህ ይላል « ጌታዬ ሆይ ! ( ወደ ምድረ ዓለም ) መልሱኝ ፡ ፡

allah will see your deeds , and ( so will ) his messenger and the believers . and you will be brought back to the all-knower of the unseen and the seen .
በላቸውም ሥሩ አላህ ሠራችሁን በእርግጥ ያያልና ፡ ፡ መልክተኛውና ምእምናንም ( እንደዚሁ ያያሉ ) ፡ ፡ ሩቁንና ቅርቡን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ወደ ኾነውም ( አላህ ) በእርግጥ ትመለሳላችሁ ፡ ፡ ትሠሩትም የነበራችሁትን ሁሉ ይነግራችኋል ፡ ፡

and verily they had already sworn unto allah that they would not turn their backs ( to the foe ) . an oath to allah must be answered for .
ጀርባዎችንም ላያዞሩ ከዚያ በፊት በእርግጥ አላህን ቃል ኪዳን የተጋቡ ነበሩ ፡ ፡ የአላህም ቃል ኪዳን የሚጠየቁበት ነው ፡ ፡

and allah has created you , then he causes you to die , and of you is he who is brought back to the worst part of life , so that after having knowledge he does not know anything ; surely allah is knowing , powerful .
አላህም ፈጠራችሁ ፤ ከዚያም ይገድላችኋል ፡ ፡ ከእናንተም ከዕወቅት በኋላ ምንንም ነገር እንዳያውቅ ወደ ወራዳ ዕድሜ የሚመለስ ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ አላህ ዐዋቂ ቻይ ነው ፡ ፡

and allah created you , and will then remove your souls ; and among you is one who is sent back to the most lowly age , so knowing nothing after having had knowledge ; indeed allah knows everything , is able to do all things .
አላህም ፈጠራችሁ ፤ ከዚያም ይገድላችኋል ፡ ፡ ከእናንተም ከዕወቅት በኋላ ምንንም ነገር እንዳያውቅ ወደ ወራዳ ዕድሜ የሚመለስ ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ አላህ ዐዋቂ ቻይ ነው ፡ ፡

( and coming to the prison ) he said : " o joseph the truthful , tell us ( the meaning of ) seven fat cows being devoured by seven lean ones , and seven green ears of corn and seven seared , that i may go back to the people and tell them . "
« አንተ እውነተኛው ዩሱፍ ሆይ ! ሰባትን የሰቡ ላሞች ሰባት ከሲታዎች ላሞች ሲበሉዋቸው ሰባትን ለምለም ዘለላዎችም ሌሎችንም ደረቆች ( በነሱ ላይ ሲጠመጠሙባቸው ያየን ሰው ሕልም ፍች ) ተችልን ፡ ፡ ያውቁ ዘንድ ወደ ሰዎቹ ልመለስ እከጅላለሁና » ( አለው ) ፡ ፡
